My best friend got married here a couple weeks ago and while the venue itself was beautiful, the real shining star was Kris, the event planner. Never have I met someone more energetic and professional, and I'm so appreciative of her efforts to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. Thanks so much, Kris!!
The Monastery was the PERFECT place to host our ceremony and reception. The staff was such a delight through the entire process and really ensured that our special day was perfect. We had a long engagement to get the season and date we were hoping for. At first I was bummed it was so long, but it was honestly worth the wait. Lindsey and Kris were incredible! I wish I could work with them daily. Our guests remarked at how lovely the space was and even complimented the food (I don't often hear that). It was truly so special to have it all in one place. The room flip was incredibly quick! We were blessed with good weather and were able to have cocktail outdoors and have our guests come back inside for the reception. There are many different ways to customize your day though.
I would highly recommend The Monastery to anyone who is looking for a unique venue, with great food, service and ability to transform from ceremony to reception. We are so thankful to have had our 10/12/19 wedding here and can cherish our memories through photo and video year after year. Thank you Monastery Team!!
Epically beautiful facility. My cousin's wedding was there. If you're looking for a top notch venue with over-the-top details this is for you. Breathtaking inside and out. After the ceremony there was this huge, towering GORGEOUS fruit, cheese and cracker creation that had very exotic cheeses and crackers. A lot of the fruit was artfully and intricately carved and the display contained beautiful exotic flowers. It was obvious that just this one display took many hours and talent to construct. It was so beautiful to look at, we just wanted to stay there all night! Dinner was delicious too. The main room is stunning and makes you feel like you're in an ancient European monastery.
This event center is just absolutely stunning! Would recommend anyone and everyone to have their receptions here. Food is great staff is great and owner is amazing! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
