I came in to Tortoise & Hare today, because if a recommendation from my friend. I've been experiencing foot and leg pain from long hours in my feet at work. Kate took me through the whole process from scanning my feet for stance and pressure points, checking my gait, then going through shoe and insole combinations to narrow in on the shoes I purchased today. My feet haven't been this comfortable in a long time! Kate was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a loyal customer for here on out! Thanks guys!
Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the anatomy of freaky feet like I have. I walked out of Tortoise & Hare with the most comfortable shoes I've ever had in my 57 years of living. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to everyone.
Good service, pricey but you do get what you pay for.
I researched the best running shoe store and this store came up as the top rated. I then drove to the facility and was greeted with friendly staff offering a clean bathroom that I needed initially. She then asked me if I wanted water and seated me for my shoe examination/test/analysis and told me someone will assist me in a sec and get me started on my examination. My shoe expert was very friendly and walked me through the whole process and we then tried on different shoes that best fit my feet and comfort. The service was beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this store for all your running/walking shoe needs. Friendly staff, clean facility and plenty of shoe options to choose from that will meet your needs! Tortoise is the bomb.com!
