We have used Tri-Star storage for quite a while. The location is convenient, rates are competitive, and customer service has become very good.
Our family has used the Bosque/New Road Tri-Star storage under multiple managers. We are quite pleased with changes made by the current owners and customer service from Andrea, the current office manager. Andrea is courteous, efficient, and most helpful.
Peace of mind is important, and Tri-Star Bosque meets that need.
I don't have any complaints about Tri Star Self Storage (Bosque).
Andrea is a great property manager! She's always helpful and tries her best to keep her word.
There was a little mix-up regarding the leasing special when I first rented the unit, but Andrea tried to make sure I still got the price she initially quoted me.
In order not to embarrass myself I will not reveal how long I've had my storage at this particular Tri Star storage but I can't say that it has been a very very very long relationship. Many managers have come and gone as well as a new current owner. Perhaps I should be more frugal and relieve myself of this monthly payment due to the fact that I could use it on other things being disabled on a fixed income having said that... I must confess that belongings in my unit are well taken care of and I have never lost them due to exposure of the elements nor have I had fear of facing an auction. THE things that are in my storage are worth very little to everyone except me old pictures of deceased parents are priceless, baby pictures are priceless. Although I have faced increases in rent and have faced mandatory insurance on my unit I am grateful and more importantly , not once have I had problems with managers in fact I have created friendships and I remember just about everyone's name????

GREAT job Andrea Brown, you are one of three managers that have given extra information in order to help me with my monthly payments . Of all the years that I have been with Tri Star you have taught me several things that I did not know,explaining everything and even informing me on things that you didn't know, that I could rest assure you that you would find the answers! so you hanging in there lady I realized good help is hard to find in regards to this type of business. YOU deserve a warm fuzzy( AKA raise! )

Not a phone call to give you a reminder that your lock has been changed or that your past due. No courtesy or compassion at all. The manager watched us struggle with a lock that we had no key to for about 20 min. We went to the office && that's how we found out. Of course we had rented a moving truck before hand. $110 we can go in.. we def do not expect anything for free, just maybe a reminder of past due or even that locks were changed. Some people have a lot going on.. life takes crazy turns and new things(such as a storage building payment) get pushed to the back. Not everyone is super organized and not everyone is made of money. Human decency definitely does play a role in this business.
