Courts are great, with ample shading in the morning. The coaches are very engaging with the kids and focus on movement and hitting the ball.
We've been coming here for a few years progressing from red ball to now competing in yellow ball tournaments. Its a great set up here especially with their new initiatives around the physical, nutritional and mental development. Adam has a wonderful temperament with the juniors and an eye for detail.
We travel at least 30 minutes to get to lesson and it's all worth it. Voyager is a place where my boys are actually learning how to play tennis (as oppose to baby sitting or just another activity) and loving the challenge. Adam is passionate about tennis and his players development. He is also very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Voyager has a holistic approach to tennis which covers sports psychology, nutrition etc which I find important as a player develops.
Really happy with the progress that my 6 year old daughter has made since joining Voyager Tennis. She's now serving, rallying and scoring, and enjoying it. Great coaching team, experienced and enthusiastic. I trialled a few places before settling with Voyager, but felt like I was just paying for a weekly activity just for the sake of it. These guys offer a real pathway to progress and they know what they are talking about
The Voyager Academy nurtures young players from Red Ball stage to High Performance players and places them in the best squad for their development stage.
The coaches have a high professional standard and understand that each player is different. Their Holiday Camps offer a variety of sports and in fun environment and the kids love the camps.
The Academy encourages participation in tournaments and provides active support to tournament players. Check the Voyager Tennis website including Tennis Australia awards for their hard work.
