Easily the best gift you can give your child is to bring them here. The way they are taught is impressive, kids are having so much fun they don't even realise they are learning valuable life skills
VT1 Kids is the best environment for any budding child to learn different forms of martial arts. The instructors are not only extremely well knowledgeable and skilled, they teach in a way that boosts a kid's self confidence and motivation!
My 6 year old son has been going to VT1 for just over a year now and it has really helped his confidence. The coaches and the atmosphere at the gym are fantastic - keep up the good work guys!
Highly trained instructors that provide a safe fun environment to train children in the art of self defence. Great way to get fit and increase self confidence and motivation.
The environment is great! It's a complete package with awesome coaches and enthusiastic students and friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend VT1 for people looking to help their kids build self esteem, while having allot of fun and making new friends.
Also, perfect for parents who want to improve fitness and/or self defence!
