Good without being great. I can imagine kids parties here are good but I went just with my 3YO son. Whilst the venue is setup well there were relatively few toys and things for him to interact with. The climbing wall was also additional cost which I thought was steep as we paid $20 to get in.
Went for a birthday party. I’m not the target audience, so I won’t give my thoughts, but my daughter loved it. Peking was easy and activities seemed well planned.
This place has really gone downhill since the first time I went sadly. So much potential to be a great place but it looks like they've just done some serious cost cutting. Equipment is old and in disrepair, ragged and dirty looking, not enough staff in the restaurant and waited almost an hour for our food, no one at the front desk when we came in and had to wait a long time to enter, costumes also old and dirty looking, the roof was leaking in a couple of places when we were there and the whole place looked tired and run down. Shame as we really enjoyed it the first and second time we were there but the third and fourth time was not nice. Need to put some money into the place to maintain it.
Great indoor play area for kids playdate. Kids looked cute in their little costumes. Enjoyed by all, little kids and big kids too!
I went to Hornsby yesterday at around 10:30am. I though once I paid the entry fee, I can play all the activities. However I am wrong. The radio Station is closed as it needs staff supervision. I asked the staff but she said she is busy now so cannot open it for us to use. If you don't have enough staff, close the shop. I paid FULL entry price but CANNOT use all the facilities. My daughter is very upset.
