Excellent learning centre for kids and adults of all ages, sizes and abilities. Mixed Martial Arts isn't just about beating people up, it promotes self discipline, control, respect and friendship. Cobra does a really good job of this with friendly and helpful instructors. An on site gym is also included for general fitness levels.

Great solid fundamentals. Great for kids. Teaches life lessons as well as mixed martial arts. I have been Cobra since its inception in 1991. It has become part of my life and helped me build confidence and self-assurance. Come give it a try! You won't regret it.

I Trained at the Pier street school in Perth, under Sifu Dave. His Training has helped me through some very dangerous situations. With Hazzards not only from People , but Industrial safety situations were the Danger was elusive . Presenting itself in a form of Electical or a cascade of mechanical failures. Choy Lay Fut Buck Sing Goon allowed me a insight on when not to act. God bless Sifu Dave and Vince Lacey

I can Honestly say that one of the most positive things I have ever done in my life was meeting Sifu Goerge and starting my journey. The rewards I have received go far beyond Self Defence and Fitness. There is also Cultivation of Chi, Tradition, Spiritual and Consciousness Development, Honour, Integrity, Humility, the list goes on and on. I cannot recommend highly enough that you get involved in this school it can be a life changing experience.

Great people through all levels! Beginners are led through the basics based on their abilities with respect and encouragement. As you advance, members with more experience are very giving of their time with tips and techniques to help you get the most out of your training. My only regret is not starting sooner!

My son has been going to the arena for the past 4yrs with the school swimming. I'm so happy that every year he had the same instructor and they built a good relationship. As a leisure centre, we go and have fun. The tiny cafe is expensive. The lifeguards have massive attitudes even towards older people, no respect to mothers

This place has a range of food and quite cheep entry, not to mention there amazing staff! I would come back here with my kids and i enjoyed the visit overall.

I absolutely love this gym - great facilities and friendly staff who genuinely want to help people get fitter and healthier (especially personal trainer Clint). I am also super proud to be a member of a gym with a fantastic inclusion programme for individuals with intellectual disabilities. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this gym.

Supported my daughter in her cheer competition got asked to leave my seat for filming the performance, first time I've been and then I am picked on by other members of the audience, for trying to flim, so my daughter could compare her performance. As a solo father these venues make you feel guilty for being a father for supporting your kids thanks for ruining my time with my kid I will never ever go anywhere with my daughter without having a female present for fear of being accused of being a pervert her tears haven't stopped since she heard of this crime against us thanks for making me feel uncomfortable around my 4 kids and ruining fathers day tomorrow, you people are the issue in society, you've hurt my kids relationship with me

HAPPY HENS! We were lucky to have a small group of five women do their Taster Package for a hens day, which was $43 pp for 4 goes between the bungie trampoline and the trapeze. This was an excellent option for different sizes, and confidence and skill levels. On the bungee you could just jump high if you want, and if you felt like it you could do flips. The trapeze was for those feeling more confident. Two of our 'flyers' ended up being able to be caught! Nikki and the crew were friendly and they have the experience down to a fine art - it was so relaxed but also safe making everyone feel confident and happy. Great afternoon activity.

First Tae Kwon Do Beechboro is one of the longest running traditional Tae Kwon Do centres in Perth. It has stood the test of time. The head instructor and senior instructors at this centre have a wealth of experience as martial artists and as martial art instructors, teaching and mentoring students from primary school age through to late in life. I have been personally involved with this centre for more than 15 years now, and recommend it to anyone who is seeking to learn 'old school' Tae Kwon Do for self-defence and personal development in strength, fitness, skill, and martial character.

Couldn’t get a more experienced, motivated professional instructor. Classes run to schedule with a great mix of ages from children to adults. My children have benefited immensely from his classes and discipline and I know they will carry this throughout their lives. Highly recommend this class.

Enjoy 5:45am classes and a big turnout of 20 people. Cutoff is normally at 18 people. Great warm up of banana's and apple's - lol, power cleans and then Metcon of 5 rounds of 3 minute exercises with 1-minute rest - knackered ????????

Started at CFQ just under 6 months ago as a complete newbie and extremely unfit. The coaches are outstanding and understand all levels of fitness and ability without being pushy. Everyone is supportive and friendly and it is always fun. Highly recommend!

Lovely soft surface playground with a fence and gate. Love that it's not sand based. 3 slides,2 swings(baby and normal one), see saw, sandpit. Gorgeous view. Small but adequate car park. Suitable for toddlers and older kids. Will be back.

Great sporting ground, close to the golf course and Cottesloe beach. Public toilet is available. No barbecue facilities. Benches are surrounding the oval. Beautiful scenery with a good installation artwork. Cottesloe Junior Football club is playing and training there.

The instructors are amazing; they’re great with helping beginners and they’re always encouraging and friendly. The other students are great too - no egos, just a group of people learning together and helping each other. I always feel safe and supported in the gym, and I highly recommend CAIA to everyone!

CIA is a great place to learn self defence and keep fit. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable and masters in their field. Noah and Ron's dojo displays great ethics within the learning environment and life itself.

I did a free trial of BJJ in January and really enjoyed it. The staff and other students were very welcoming, even though I was a complete novice. Be prepared to get sweaty!

My 5yo son has been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Legion 13 for a while and it's done wonders for his confidence. Bernie is a terrific instructor and great with the kids. She helped my son overcome his shyness through her patience and kind demeanour.

The Instructors are very dedicated and enthusiastic. First Tae Kwon Do Churchlands offers classes for children and adults and allows students to progress at their own pace. Students are not rushed or pushed through belt levels which allows them time to develop a high standard of technique and an understanding of the martial art. Highly recommend for all skill & fitness levels if you are after a traditional martial art.

As a non profit school, the instructors are friendly, interested in the art and if you want to learn they will help. The wide range of ages and skill levels makes the art very inclusive. Senior Instructor Phil is a fantastic instructor, develops high standards from beginners up. The high numbers of students of all ages and skills at Duncraig is a testament to the quality of teaching and family friendly approach to the art.

Snr Ins Phil runs a very dynamic and enjoyable class that students from all ages will benefit from, both physicall & mentally and as well on their discipline. The black belts are also very approachable and patient with the students. This builds a very positive atmosphere in the class ????????
