Great running shop, though a bit small. Staff is super friendly and patient so they get a 5 star review.
I am currently beginning to finish physical therapy from some old injuries to my knee. I wanted to come speak to a professional and get some recommendations on a good pair of running shoes.
I spoke with Jeff, who was extremely friendly, patient and informative. He helped me to try on something between 4 and 6 pairs of shoes, answered all the questions that I had, let me walk/run around with the shoes to get a feel for them, and did not make me feel pressured to spend a large amount of money while I was shopping - in fact, the pair I ended up with was a sale pair.
I would 100% recommend The Running Shop, and would be happy to return with any running needs I may have.

Jeff was really knowledgeable and really helpful in aiding my son with his next pair of running shoes. He was patient, professional and did not try to upsell. He took the time to find what my son's needs were and met those needs after trying several pair of shoes.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Had my previous purchase size on file which was incredibly helpful. Shoe manufacturer released a new version that didn't fit my foot as well which is not The Running Shop's fault. I feel badly they wouldn't accept a tip for their time. They offer a valuable service and I hope to shop there in the future.
