This store has cute, good quality clothes, but the customer service is subpar. The cashier was quite friendly, until I politely declined her invitation to sign up for the Gap Rewards (i.e. credit card.) She then became very short and no longer made eye contact. Will not be returning.

I had an unanticipated challenge that the three employees on duty the night of Thursday, 10 October, resolved to a level well beyond my satisfaction and expectation! My new Br/Gap card was not allowing me to use the card with my rewards credits. Despite utilizing the online customer support, we could not find a way to manipulate the system to allow me to use my card and rewards together - weird! Nevertheless, they all worked together for 30+ minutes to help me obtain and use the rewards and apply them to my purchase that night. They were amazingly professional, patient, and accommodating! I anticipate being on business in this area again the future and will definitely seek their store out again!
