Allison is absolutely amazing. The first thing she asks is what can I help with? She used to be an athletic trainer so combined with massage therapy, she's exactly what my husband and I needed. She knows how to treat injuries and sore muscles at the same time. She is so friendly and personable! Definitely recommend her to anyone.

Allison has helped me understand my problem back, and I always leave in much better condition than when I arrived. Her technique, knowledge, calming voice and relaxing music, coupled with a clean tidy studio has made every visit an absolute pleasure. Her hints and tips about stretching and not doing too much has improved my well being immensely. Thanks a ton!!
