Having not played here for many years my mate and I decided to give it a go. To be honest I can’t believe people pay money for membership at this place. The greens were a 2/10 at best. Horrible horrible horrible. One to avoid
The greens are an absolute mess here. Firstly it seems no one ever repairs the green after they land on it. Grass is dying or just non existent. Such a shame.
Fairways are not much better either. Grass is either dead or saturated and I know the golf course sits on a former tip but the amount of rocks on some fairways is not pleasant.
I had high hopes returning to my old stomping ground of a golf course. Maybe the back nine is in better shape.
We enjoy it with friends every week!!! Really good!
Bloody hilly and taxing. Enjoyed it. A good challenge.
