I love Zeus. Everyone is super friendly. The instructors are knowledgeable and lovely. The range of classes on offer allows you to develop a comprehensive fighting style, from grappling to striking to self defence techniques. Plus, it keeps you fit and strong - when I started I couldn't do a chin up, now I can do 5. They have an excellent deal on unlimited classes, so get stuck into it!
A brotherhood. Higher belts and everyone in general want to see you succeed and are more than happy to go out of their way for you during and after class.To this very day there has not been a single class that I have attended where I haven't learnt something new. It is also an ego-free environment that fosters humility and encouragement. Joining this academy is without a doubt one of the best decisions I've made.

As a current student, I can highly recommend Zeus International Martial Arts Academy. Master Costas Prasoulas is one of the most experienced martial arts instructors - period. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience across multiple disciplines, and embodies the true spirit of a teacher - providing knowledge, guidance and positive energy. The school is family orientated, and provides classes for all ages. The versatility of the school means you can specialise in one style (such as BJJ, Pankration/MMA, Taekwondo or Kickboxing), or broaden your knowledge across multiple disciplines. This is a sensation school for beginners and experience martial artists alike - and a great place to make some friends. 5-stars all the way!
