My experience has been fantastic, as has my son's who also does classes at Alpha District. The adult kickboxing classes are hard and fun, challenging and addictive. This is not a competitive or unsupportive gym type environment. Love the family friendly vibe and I look forward to all my classes! Have made some great friends.
My experience of the kids classes is also super positive. All abilities of kids welcomed and the unconditional support they give each other during their classes is so rare these days! We won't go anywhere else!
