JUMP! was founded to create a private teaching facility for babies, infants and children to learn to swim; away from the vast numbers at public facilities. JUMP! provides a clean, modern and private indoor facility which is heated throughout the year. Our service is unique by providing smaller classes which allows the swim instructors to develop positive relationships with both parents and children. As our service is more intimate it allows the teachers to be able to focus on each child and gain trust and confidence which will enhance their swimming ability. As we are a private facility we expect that the customer service provided is reliable and beyond the standards of other swimming facilities.

We’ve been taking our daughter who is now 22 mo since she was just 3 mo. She’s loved it from day 1. Always great teachers, small classes and friendly environment. Not to mention she is a great swimmer! Thanks to all the staff for always looking after us.
Extraordinary swimming school 100% recommended, my kid has been attending since he was 5 months old now he is 2.5 years and is swimming by his own! How incredible is that!!
The staff is amazing, kind and supportive. They are super patience with kids and give you advice of how improve . The places is super clean and in great conditions. So believe me like this school is not other in Sydney!!

However we recently changed from this Jump to one closer to our home and we are unable to get a refund of money we have paid or transfer of credit to new centre.
I get that they are franchises but this is actually against consumer laws in Australia.
What more to expect from a company that owes money to builders and creditors all over town.
A real shame to end on these terms. PAY AS YOU GO DONT PAY FOR MORE THAN ONE LESSON AT A TIME!!

Have been taking my daughter for swimming lessons since she was 3 months. She absolutely loves it. We are still going regularly once a week. The staff is amazing and so good with the kids. Best part is, the groups are small, usually only 4-5 babies in a class.
