I have been a customer at Five Senses for 22 years now, since our daughter was born. They have a terrific selection of educational books and toys. I still go there if I have to shop for Birthdays and Christmas for any young people. So lucky to have a business like this in Seven Hills!
I need to appreciate their customer service as I was not happy with one of their product print. They immediately called me following online review and were prepared to refund/replacement. Very few online retailers these days do so...Their sixth sense is good too :-)
These guys are amazing!! Cannot recommend these guys enough!! Have ordered books books with them a few times and the books always come promptly and in great conditions, I ordered the wrong book accidently, and they were more than happy to swap the book for no charge even though the new book was a few dollars more expensive. Great service!! I highly recommend!!
The staff were incredibly helpful and remarkably calm during the crazy back-to-school text book rush.
Huge book store. You can get almost anything from here. Good.
