Super good tutoring, even so that I made it selective!
A very busy institute, where they are well known for their Selective and OC placement prep.
Classes were a little full, but they have accommodated to opening new classes to keep the classes manageable.
The free homework classes are a gem, as my daughter is a little shy she manages to ask questions she struggles to ask in class at times.
Overall, a good 5/5 for their material, approach and expertise!
My two kids used to go to this branch, after moving to parramatta, I feel randwick branch is the best. The staff always very helpful and very organised, always used to get emails about what's happening and reminders, really so helpful in the busy life.
I must say the retest and homework help are great.
I miss this branch. Honestly Not happy with parramatta branch.
I would definitely recommend this branch to try out as the study material is really great and the staff.
The teachers and staff are very experienced & helpful. Took my son in for the OC course & WEMG, and the staff seem to be very personal and welcoming. I received emails and phone calls advising of his update and request for course feedback, which i believe is great! they seem to really care and want our child to succeed! Will definitely bring my second child in once he gets a little older! Well done team!!
I enrolled my son for a mock training test course in term 3, 2018 at their Randwick branch. They operate a mock test once a week and the teacher announces the answers without explanation in the class after the test. All these have to be done within three hours. In such a short term, the children have to take the test and record the answers, you can imagine the quality. I asked my son what he had learned, he said he hardly learned something.
They offer two times tuition per week after the test, two hours each time. But we couldn’t finish our review, then the branch took back the test paper and destroyed them. They don’t provide opportunities to help children to fully understand and review the questions.
This training school is money oriented and is afraid of their copy right leakage. They hold their teaching materials tightly. As a parent and consumer, I paid the fees, I have the right to use and retain the materials. When I took the pictures of the test papers, wanted to take home to teach my son, a young Korean girl hostilely asked to look at my phone, I told her she didn’t have any right to check my phone, she breached the privacy rule, she seems not understand this.
I requested a partly refund for the remaining course. Later, a senior staff suggests me to buy their published materials, but they only can be paid in cash. You can imagine how dodgy this school is.
This school should be reported to Fair Trading and Education Department for their poor teaching quality and dodgy practices.
