We offer workshops such as Chocolate making, bread baking, dessert creation and classes covering skills and techniques such as knife skills, pastry making and cake decorating and fabulous BBQ classes such as American BBQ, Aussie BBQ, Seafood BBQ, Middle Eastern BBQ and more! Join us for our Cooking Courses such as our 4 week Adult Beginner Course and 3 week Intermediate Course or learn some fabulous dishes for your next home party with out range of BBQ classes such as Aussie BBQ and Seafood Spectacular! what an amazing experience. I tried the Spanish paella and tapas class and Paul was an amazing instructor. It was a very fun class and lots of cool information and insight from a chef. the ingredients for the food were high quality and very generous. will definitely make you a more confident cook. not only do you learn a lot but you also get well fed. the lunch afterwards was lovely.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Australian BBQ session. Paul is an excellent communicator and what a wealth of knowledge. We will implement this in our future cooking. Will highly recommend the school.
Did the dumpling class and it was amazing. Really had a good time, learned lots, and ate everything we made!

Just had a vegetarian cooking class here. The lesson was amazing and encompassed about 4 or 5 dishes. The teacher, Paul, is very highly skilled and shows you how to make all these dishes so easily and quickly regardless of your cooking level. Such an advantage when cooking vegetarian based food. Atmosphere and direction were wonderful. Drank some lovely wine and the food was unbelievably delicious. Couldn’t recommend highly enough ????????????????
What a great night. We attended the Middle Eastern class and learnt a lot about that style of cuisine as well as picking up alot of general food tips from the teacher Paul. The dinner that followed was delicious and we all took samples home to share with family. Thank you Paul and SCG for an informative, entertaining and delicious event!
