My hens was made memorable of course by my beautiful hens, but also big thanks to Yoshiko who completed the whole experience. She taught us alot of valuable knowledge on the vegetarian dishes and best of all they are so easy to make and delicious.
She has tremedous patience to explain to each of us the steps needed to make the dishes, she's definitely made my hens day memorable.
Yoshiko’s cooking class is so much fun with her bubbly personality and deep knowledge of the subject. I have attended Sushi class and Miso making class. I have made home made miso. It’s so much better quality and taste. I use it every day and my family loves it. I will definitely return for more classes.
Yoshiko has so much knowledge about Japanese food, she is the real deal! All her recipes are so yummy and even more important very healthy. I would recommend to anyone to participate to one of her awesome classes, you will have a wonderful experience and you will learn a lot.
