Initially I approached Ascension Yoga to combat the lack of flexibility caused by being desk and plane bound. Over the last two years , I have found a wonderful community led by the fabulous Lisa and her teachers that caters for all levels of capability. It has helped me understand the yoga philosophy as well as dramatically improve my physical wellbeing. Lisa's Astrology knowledge has provided insights and contributed to a fabulous experience for both mind and body.
