The best laser tag in Sydney. Spacious and so much fun for all including adults. Great work out. Professional and frendly staff. Highly recommended.
I have been to this laser tag facility 4 times before with no issues, however my most recent visit will most definitely be my last.
I went here with a group of seven adults for a fun night out only to find immense disappointment. we arrived at 7:52pm on a Saturday night and purchased a ticket that was valid for four, twelve minute games. The young gentleman at the counter instructed us that we should purchase this deal as it is good value for money. He took quite some time completing and organising the transaction and distribution of members cards which I didn't mind, but this took us to 8:31pm.
We then went to the room that you wait in until a staff member call you in. We waited here for nearly forty minutes until the employee came out from the other room and said that he forgot we and another group of five were there. He asked if we minded waiting until their game was over and then proceeded to ensure us that even though our games would run past closing time due to his own mistake, we would get them to play all four.
After the second game he approached everyone and said unfortunately we cannot give you any more games, because everyone there complained (around 17 people) they allowed us one more game.
After this we asked the man at the front desk if we were able to play our fourth game next time as we were still entitled to seven more games between our group, he very rudely and condescendingly said no we are closed (this was shortly after 9pm when the website says open until 10pm), we cannot transfer coupons and this happens all of the time. As well as implying that he was doing us some kind of service for allowing us to play our third game even though we were entitled and paid for four. He told us that we should be happy because we got a good deal for the price and that we had to call back when a manager was working.
I understood that he may not have to power to approve or give us coupons for our next visit, so we thanked him and left. The next day I called to speak to the manager who was EXTREMELY unprofessional and utterly rude and called me a liar as his staff member told him that he told us we would not have enough time for four games. He then hung up on my whilst I was in the middle of a sentence. I called back and asked for a number for higher management or head office and he said there is no head office, just us and hung up once again.
If the staff had been a little bit understanding of where we were coming from and had not been to insufferably rude I would not have minded on missing out on the fourth game, but this is absolutely no way to run a business and no way to treat customers. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by anyone, let alone in a place of business where I am the happily paying customer.
I really did like this venue but will unfortunately never return ever again and will Kindly remind everyone of the disgusting customer service, and lack thereof.
Management and owners should seriously reconsider who they have working for them as I would never allow this kind of behaviour against customers or staff, very very dissapointing.
Great place for parties. Had lots of fun and the staff kept the party spirit going. Really love this place.
Lots of fun and staff were very friendly and helpful.
However was very disappointed in the state of the toilet near the front door... floor doesnt look like it has been cleaned for a long time... heaps of hair and urine around toilet and door was being held open with a towel.
Had my sons birthday party here. Kids had a great time. Really large and fun space
