We are grandparents who went for our grand-daughter's birthday but we're impressed with the staff and the way they served and supported the party and the teens as they played.
Laser tag has lots of game modes and great membership progression system. Fun when things are working. A lot of time when I go there, they have no membership cards, member access computer doesn't work, arcade games broken.
My Son had is birthday there this weekend, it ran so smoothly we got there early and our room was ready to go. Kids had big smiles thanks Special thanks to our host Lily :D
I booked 2 games of laser tag for my son's birthday. When we arrived I was told there was only 1 booked and we we're late.
I, in fact booked 2 games and we were 3 minutes late. I wasn't told when I rang that we needed to be early. The manger was rude and didn't care. He said I have birthday parties booked.
I too had a birthday party booked for my son and his friends.
We won't be back.
My 6 year old son was invited to a party. The hosts mother had arranged for special gluten free and dairy free pizza for my son they said this could be arranged. upon attending the party they order a gluten free cheese pizza that my son could not eat. The party guests sat down to eat and my son had nothing to eat and was left out. The hosts mother asked about it not only did the staff no care they blamed the pizza place for the stuff up but did not seek to fix the issue. I contacted the pizza place and ask what the order had been then order the pizza I need and had to walk to it to collect the pizza as we were dropped off at the party. My son enjoyed lazer tag but it was extremely disorganized the staff as little as possible. I was extremely disappointed in the place and will not be returning.
