Friendly staff and very good clean lanes. Would be good if there was a ramp on the other side near Lane 8 for the baby pram. Otherwise all good.
Sticky floors, smelly furniture and rude staff. Need I say more... If you have minors less than 18 years they kick you out after 8PM. Strike entertainment quarter, probably best to save the coin and give it a miss.
Friendly and efficient staff. The equipment all worked well and the bowling shoes seemed to have been regularly cleaned and didn't seem overly disgusting. The venue is pretty compact with only 8 lanes of bowling but it didn't feel cramped. The music was a little too loud for my liking though. Not sure why bowling has to be associated with a nightclub vibe these days. Overall, a fun experience. But we went when they had a promotional discount on and I'm not sure $19 per person for 1 game of bowling is worth it. If we had to pay full price, my rating would be 3 stars.
Spend your money elsewhere! We bought two games for eight people, had our lane moved on us 3 times within the first game and then everyone lost out in their last go. The system literally just stopped. It’s only saving grace was the nice young girl who was helpful but even we felt bad having to tell her that things kept going wrong.
Worst service i have ever received...Despite paying $1000 before even setting foot in the venue, the duty manager was absolutely the rudest most disconnected person i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, to the point where even her own staff were embarrassed.
We arrived late - our fault - so did not get to finish all our games, which is fair enough we take responsibility for that, but just having the lanes reset mid game, and everything just turned off without being asked to hurry up, is just plain rude when we have paid so much money...
Also as extra drinks weren't covered on package we purchased, we had set up an extra tab, the manager obviously didn't know this, and physically snatched a drink back from my boss set it on the counter behind and said this isn't included in your tab... My boss was absolutely gob smacked by this and slowly held up his tab card, and was given the drink back. The service was literally so poor, we were talking about it for a good few days after...Most of the general staff were pleasant, basically just the manager; you know, the one who should be setting the example...but in real life her staff were apologizing for her p*ss poor attitude. You couldn't drag me to this venue again...
