We stayed for 3 hrs with 3 x kiddies. They didn't stop ! They went on everything.. So much for the to do & play with. They had so much fun & were exhausted afterwards.. which is great for Mum's & Dad's ! Cafe was great with lots of choice. Facilities within the centre made it very easy & convenient !
It was the first time for our family to celebrate our daughter’s birthday this way (we usually celebrate at home) and I’m very disappointed the way everything went.
1. it was way too hot there, conditioners should be working much better on a hot days, my kids were very hot after jumping around. Cool air would be helpful.
2. The host wasn’t great.. it looked like she wasn’t happy to deal with kids. (Not smiling much, not very enthusiastic.)
3. My husband and I had to help kids n adults with food, because the host only helped kids with the drink and a cake.
4. Jelly was given only to a few kids. (Because they run out of jelly) They gave to others a watermelon instead. The kids weren’t happy at all.
5. Lolly bags weren’t even given to kids. Later we were told that our order had lolly bags included, but the staff forgot to charge us for it and provide it.
Very very very disappointed in this place. First time ever to have a birthday out of home and such a disappointment.. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. First and the last time to be there.

The kids had the best time there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids want to go back again tomorrow already!
The go to place for my sisters and I to take our kids. We have been going for years now and have held parties there. The staff are friendly and so helpful, especially the manager. They go above and beyond to make the experience good for both adults and kids. Food is good with some nutritional options included. Highly recommended for a good day out!
