Pricing for unlimited play Crawler- $4 Walker- 4+years- $10 5+ years $13 Adults and teenagers are free and can sit in the cafe while the kids play

Great place for kids to share a birthday party. Prices are also reasonable.
Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It was filthy, staff were not at all friendly and it was just a horrible experience for my child.
We are new to the area and we’re looking for a new play centre for my toddlers. We had the worst possible experience, we paid our entry fee and left after 20 minutes.
Place was disgusting! There were used tissues through the play equipment, disposable cups throughout, food wrappers all over and don’t get me started on the state of the tables were your suppose to sit while your children play. There was half eaten food, coffee cups, drink bottles. Look I get it if it’s busy these things can happen however it was Friday (today) the lady was just sitting behind the counter on her phone not even focusing on anything other than her device!
Don’t even waste your money and find somewhere else! Really disappointed.
You genuinely feel like you need to soak in a long bath after leaving, just horrible!
Don’t want to be rude as this business is someone’s lively hood but it was an awful experience here. It was so filthy as we walked in then looking up as our kids are in the play area with someone’s used tissues and disposable cups that were just left in there. Food wrappers all through the play equipment and just general dirt everywhere. They weren’t busy at all staff were just chilling.
My toddler escaped from the enclosure today and was crawling on the top (not far off from a fatal fall). My friend and I managed to get hold off his feet and find the reared mesh to get him back in. The staff on duty quickly cable tied the rip up but offered no sympathy or sorry. So lucky for me he was ok. I hope they do their safety checks more often to ensure their old equipment is maintained in the future!
