Craig is the BOMB. I recently had my sons b'day here and have had many parties here before and visit quite often casually. He is always so helpful and friendly even under the most pressured environments. I have seen him on many occasions multi-task so effortlessly. He is what customer service is all about. Always a smile on his face. MM Bankstown is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee that runs the joint so well. Thank you!
It is always happy to come to Monkey Mania. My kids love it! It is well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and well maintained. Easy to find parking and the food is yummy.
It’s very nice site for children! The schedule is great! Have a place to see Saturdays in the afternoon. Craig and Judy were also amazing today.
One of the better Monkey Manias. It's not too busy. Parking is unlimited and free (you'd have to be a member of the club if you live in the area, I think). The cafe makes surprisingly good food and coffee. The turboclimb area is good for the older kids.
Just had a 1st birthday party for my daughter today. Craig, Julia, Laura and the whole monkey mania crew has been amazing. It was a busy day and the staff especially Craig the manager had kept it all cool and smooth and was most accommodating to our family and friends. Nothing but praises for the whole team and a big thank you for making my daughters special day indeed a special one.
