I once gave this guys a 4 star but not now. Wen we parked outside in the park area a lady come out and told us even though there is a car park there we need to park in another place, yet there work car was not even parked in a space.
The website says closes at 4pm but they tell us on entry it closes at 2pm and still charges my partner full price even after ive requested a discount entry for my 4 kids. Very poor customer service today
Absolutely fantastic place to spend quality time with kids. Kids will love it for sure. Indoor cafe with lots of food options to select from. Friendly staff, neat and tidy. No entry charge for parents. Overall very good place. Will be visiting frequently.
Lovely and clean family run playcentre with a varied menu Inc healthy options for adult and kids. Our mothers group have been coming almost weekly for 2 years or more and my little one loves it
Our 2nd visit to Bumble Beez playcentre today, the kids had fun and the food is good but the only smiling person in the place was the owner (wasn't behind the counter), doesn't feel very welcoming when you come in and are greeted by someone that looks like they would rather be somewhere else :(
Nice little play centre. Not as big as Play Central, but has more than enough to entertain the kids.
The seating was nice and central, with most play areas visible. The space was reasonably clean with no broken or hazardous equipment. There is also a nice toddler area.
Only had a coffee and some sweet potato fries from the cafe, but most of the food seemed fresh at least.
