This park is gorgeous. Great spots for picnics and so many trails to hike.
We went with our daughters (5 & 6 years old) and we did the famous "Forest path" hike and everybody enjoyed it very much. It took us 1 hour and a half. Perfect for our girls, highly recommended.
Can't wait to go back for more adventures in this very big park.
Wonderful place, amazing fresh air and great bbq spots. Lots of space for children to run around too. Great kayaking spots and many adorable kookaburras! Would honestly go there every day.????❤️????
Absolutely beautiful... Need more than a day trip to enjoy all it has to offer the figure 8 pools are must go to absolutely breath taking.... Prepare for intending hiking and trekking
Stopped there for a moment. Some places are so dense with tall trees that sunlight doesn't reach the ground. The sound and fragrance in the air is amazing, you have to breath this air to know what exactly I'm talking about. The drive through is very enjoyable and very scenic. Going to Wollongong from waterfall is recommended through here, it's an amazing drive.
You have to get out of your car and walk! So many tracks and such spectacular scenery to enjoy. And it just makes you feel dam good to be alive being out there. The work being done on the new stairs is really good and sympathetic to surroundings. A little too much board walk being added but understand the need for preservation. It does make it more accessible for more people and children.
