Change of mangement October 2019. Busy indoor heated pool. Arrive after 12pm it quietens down. Jan 2020. Back to awesome pool. Perfect for quiet lap swimming nobody is there.

Great place to see wildlife and hear talks from expert rangers. Wildlife shows are interesting and you get to handle different reptiles. Nice informative displays and easy to see wildlife care in neat enclosures. Highly recommended.

In the midst of a residential area this swim school has a heated pool that is covered from direct sunlight. Change rooms inside and air conditioned with a clear view of the pool for family/friends to spectate. We started coming here this year and have been really enjoying the classes. Every session has been really fun and is a great learning environment for the little ones. There is plenty of toys to keep them interested as they learn to swim and gain confidence. The standout is definitely the teachers, in particular Benita as she super friendly and the kids love her. We look forward to swim class every week :)

Shapland Swim School at Warner is simply brilliant. Our 4 and a half year old has been going there for around 6 months and has made amazing progress in that short time! I can honestly say that his teacher Terri is a superstar and genuinely cares about all of her students! We had persisted at a different school thinking that he's struggle to be comfortable in the water was simply due to his personality/quirks and that, with time, he would settle. We didn't realise at the time just how wrong we were! He is extremely shy and works hard to overcome sensory overload (predominantly with noise and touch) on a day to day basis ... especially when exposed to new and unfamiliar environments. After just a few short lessons with Terri, something beautiful happened. We watched as our little mans confidence grew so much that he was able to make it through an entire lesson without crying, screaming or running out of the pool. Of course there have been a few 'off' lessons for him, but even during the rough days, the staff at Shapland Warner have NEVER made us feel anything less than welcome in their pool. The level of trust that they build with the students and parents is unique and something that we definitely value in any learning environment. ** short version ** Terri is a magician and we 100% love Shapland Swim School!

We returned to Goodstart Flamingo Drive after trying out another centre closer to my work. My daughter (10 months of age) wasn’t sleeping or taking bottles at the previous centre and since she has returned to Flamingo Drive she is now self settling to sleep, eating well and drinking her bottles every 3 hours. This shows me that she feels calm and happy at the centre. I also love that when I pick her up when I finish work, she is happy and rested and we can play and enjoy dinner together before it’s time for bed. This wasn’t the case before we came back to Flamingo Drive; she would cry all the way home and wouldn’t eat dinner because she was so exhausted. I felt bad for going to work because she was having such a rough time. Relocating her back to Flamingo Drive has been one of the best decisions I have made for my bub and I’m keen for her to be there until she starts school. Her teacher, Miss Justine has been key to everything: She was determined to sleep train my LO again and she just did it. Her persistence and determination is to be commended and we love and appreciate her so much. We will miss her next year when my daughter moves up to Nursery 2 but we know she will be close by! I am a fairly active parent in the room and have observed that all educators are supervising my daughter and the other children diligently and that ratios are always adhered to. Miss Jess is doing an excellent job as Director and I feel like the centre is really thriving under her leadership. I have no doubt that Flamingo Drive will continue to grow and flourish and that is down to Miss Jess’s excellent leadership and the kindness and expertise of the educators. Thank you to all the staff at Goodstart Flamingo Drive for helping to create a wonderful environment for my daughter to learn and grow.

My children have been attending this daycare for quite some time and there is no one else that i would trust. they have helped our family so much and have always offered support to not only my children but also to myself in times of need. They always make sure my children have a happy drop off and give them so much love. highly recommend. Love you all

My son has attended flamingo drive from the time he was very young - finding a centre that I trusted completely to offer the best quality care and education for my son seemed impossible as someone who has worked in the industry for some time. Until I found The team at Goodstart flamingo drive. All of the educators are exceptional at their jobs, and work so hard to form genuine bonds with each child. They provide best quality care every single day, and work tirelessly to run a flawless program for the children. I cannot thank the Goodstart team for everything they do for my son and our family.

Fantastic centre! All the staff really care about the children and put a lot of effort into making the learning plans for every day fun and educational. My daughter has loved going to the centre and the ladies have made her feel safe and cared for, like a second home. Can't recommend the centre highly enough.

Fantastic child care, with great quality staff who enjoy looking after the little ones. All the lovely ladies there have made sure that my child is well looked after and that this is their second home, for which I am grateful. Thank you, Megan, Roxy, Jenny, Julie S., Julie B., Nikki, Linda, Laura, Claire - these are just a few educator names that come to mind and who work tirelessly so that all the kids are happy and thrive. The centre is always clean and they schedule many activities and imaginative games for the little ones, where they can learn, develop useful skills and become more independent. I would highly recommend Goodstart Petrie for high quality care, friendly staff and for your peace of mind that your little ones are properly looked after.

Fantastic staff! I have had 2 children go through from Nursery and Kindergarten and the centre is always presented lovely and smells great. The environments are always clean and set up ready to go for my children to learn. The staff are so welcoming and warm and make me feel comfortable leaving my children in their care. The open communication is such a unique aspect that I am grateful for.

My son and I have had such a good experience with Goodstart Warner. I was very nervous leaving him there as he is my first and its very daunting trusting people you've just met to look after your baby but I am so glad we chose this establishment. My son loves it here you can see the excitement in his face when he sees the girls and all of his friends. They've not only helped him grow, but me as well as a mum and have given us so much more confidence to try new things.

I have had nothing but the best experience. My daughter loves it here, wanders in like she owns the place and she's so well looked after. She loves the experienced educators, and their loving and caring nature and love of learning is always evident. My child has a love of learning because of these passionate people and I'm forever grateful for giving her this amazing start in life.

Awesome kid's cafe! All closed in/fenced off so the kids have free range on playing and being safe. Lovely outdoor area to sit and enjoy a hot chocolate whilst the kids have fun too. Plenty of room for them to roam. Relaxed environment.

Love this place, not for the tennis but for the cafe and probably the most super child friendly outdoor play area on the north side! I visit with a 1 and 2 year old once a week. There is always something new to do and explore. Highly recommend to mums groups and even just mums/dads looking to get out with the kids for a play and a decent coffee

This baseball field is one off the nicest fields in Brisbane. It is a great place to watch a Saturday baseball game. With the stereo set up with spund affects thrpugh the game it makes it more like a baseball game in America.

We recently used Rogue and Taskman to help our little 8yo celebrate his birthday. How easy they made his party, they organised everything, brought it to our chosen location and then helped the kids (even the big kids got involved) have so much fun with missions of their choosing. They were even thoughtful enough to take photos along the way and share them with us. Thanks for a great party!

The fitness equipment are just right for anyone but I love the Indoor cricket equipment. When you live in the area in the future, make sure to be a member here. The staff are awesome and bery friendly also. ????????????
