We loved it!! Lots of fun for adults as well as for the kids!! Our kids did not want to leave after over 2 hours!
There's an area for less than 3 years old too which is really cool allowing all ages to enjoy. The price is reasonable 15$ for kid and adults are 5$. Consider you will also need to pay something like 20$ for parking. You are not limited in time which is great.
Otherwise the place is well maintained in terms of safety for the kids sharp corners are well padded however even though you feel your kids is rather safe running around you will still need to watch him or her quite closely.
Some areas are really outdated with broken pipes or suction out of order and blocked up with balls. Nothing overly disappointing just rather surprising they did not find the time or resource to keep it all in top condition. The cafe is nothing more then you'd expect everything is basic including the service probably keep away from this coffee if you know what you want.. but overall great way to spend the afternoon.
Spent $500 on my kids 2nd birthday party, received awful service, barely enough food, staff who did not have any manners and to top it off they forgot to put my ice cream birthday cake in the fridge and handed it to me melted and I was told they take no responsibility for it. Will never return I am outraged
Terrible customer service this morning. We ordered 2 toasties, one kids cheese ($4) and one adult ham and cheese ($8.90) we specifically asked if the Ham and cheese was bigger than the kids and we were told yes it is. The food arrived wrong so waited longer, then decided to leave and ask for a refund as we had 3 screaming toddlers. It eventually arrived as we were leaving (40 minutes) and the only difference was that the kids had the crust removed. Definitely not what we expected. I asked for the refund and had 2 very rude, aggressive members of staff argue with me and told me they "don't refund food" And "what did I expect" from the toastie. Definitely need to learn how to treat customers. I can't imagine what this place is like on a busy weekend. If we aren't allowed to bring our own food they need to learn how to manage their kitchen and customers better.
I took my daughter here, it’s expensive for what is a small play area, that’s also a bit tired around the edges. My daughter was quickly bored and we left after45 mins. The validating machine for the car park wasn’t working and the cashier told me I could validate this at the car park machine but this was not true. I then had to hunt around to find a store that would be willing to validate the ticket, otherwise it was s flat fee of $20 for the parking instead of the two free hours offered.
Generally a popular place for kids aged 2-4, easy to supervise them and track them. Kids love it too. Staffing levels are stupidly low. Place opened up with a single staff member on site. Managing the phone, entry and customer issues. Management needs to be held to account.
