Offering beautiful classes for Tiny Tots (3 yrs) through to pre-professional full time dance programs, National College of Dance and Junior Academy has an outstanding reputation and history for proven teaching strategies and artistically and technically trained dancers. Provided within a fun, safe teaching environment, students will enjoy the world of dance whilst receiving strong safe dance training. Our fully equipped complex has 6 air-conditioned custom built dance studios plus a gym, kitchen and shower / change rooms. A library of resources, wireless internet access and audio-visual equipment is available to students. Nationally Accredited and approved by ASQA, National College of Dance offers three VET accredited courses in Dance Intensive Training Program (for students still studying Y8/9 or 10 education) Certificate III in Dance (CUA30113) Certificate IV in Dance (CUA40113) Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) (CUA50113) Open from 8.00am to 8.00pm daily, our reception is available from 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 2.00pm Saturday. Our Junior Academy is accredited with Royal Academy of Dance. Housing a resident RAD examiner, RAD approved exam pianist and accredited RAD new syllabus trained teachers. The Junior Academy provides programs in Classical Ballet, Open ballet, Contemporary, Boys Classes, Jazz, Pilates, Adult Classes, Stretch and Body Conditioning. My son has only been attending National College of Dance for a short time but to see the improvement in his abilities is nothing short of astounding, he is so happy and leaves each day with a smile. Having the male teaching faculty is something special as not only do they teach the must needed male technique but also mentor the boys teaching them everything they need to know. National College of Dance is somewhere where my son can grow and develop his skills in a supportive environment. The teachers are world class with proven careers within the industry, they offer their knowledge and skills and push the kids to be their best. The teachers and staff go above and beyond making every child feel special. All the students support each other and are a real team, cheering each other on. We are so glad we made the move to National College of Dance.
Niece has been here quite a few times taking lessons and always has a great time. She's learned a lot and raves over the teachings

The best Dance school in Newcastle for Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance and Jazz!! You will not find a better studio with better teachers anywhere else in Newcastle.
