Unfortunately my child never had a chance to attend the camp since it was cancelled due to Covid; but I wanted to post a review regarding how the owners handled the cancellation and refund process. Summer Stuff cancelled all camps this summer (which was fine) but instead of issuing a full refund or a refund minus the credit card processing fee like many other camps, they only refunded 75% of the full tuition we had already paid and kept 25%. To be clear, they cancelled the summer camp, we did not pull our child from the camp. They have not responded to multiple emails regarding concerns about this refund policy, including the fact that many parents are currently not working and did not plan to make a large donation to a summer camp. It's frustrating and unfortunately many of the parents I talked to will not be sending their child to this camp in the future for fear this will happen again.
