No help, poor communication, and extremely difficult to cancel membership! I have three young children that will never step foot into this facility. Many much better gyms in Derry! This was the second time I tried to give this local business a chance. Third time will not happen! Second time was as painful as the first! Best part of my conversation was it was obvious that they don’t care!
Once the Shelter-in-place order lifted, I joined The Workout Club. After looking at a couple of other places, the Londonderry facility impressed me with its remodel, updated equipment, cleanliness, personal attention of staff, comfort level, and convenience.
Returning to life, as usual, post-remission is not an easy task. Especially in regards to physical fitness. The Workout Club continues to make me feel welcome while I get back to a healthy level of fitness.
My personal trainer, and Regional Manager of The Workout Clubs in the area, Chi, developed an excellent fitness plan specific to my needs and continues to be there to help me succeed.
I can't recommend the place highly enough.

Good gym has everything you need to work out wish it was a little cheaper in price
Our family really likes this place. It's got a ton of machines, work out equipment, a weight area, workout classes (a great variety), rowing and cross fit area, a huge pool, large changing and locker room area, and separate women's work out room. There are big screen TVs for viewing while working out, which I like. It's very financially reasonable for all of us - 4 of us. Keep your eyes out for the specials. We got in on the New Year's special that we couldn't pass up. We pay for all of us what my husband pays a month at his karate studio. Our whole family works out together, and just feel very welcomed by fellow members and the staff. There are areas that need attention. The front area was remodeled and looks great. The main workout area generally looks good as well The floor mats by the cross fit area are definitely in need of being replaced, and the women's room, while such a great asset, is looking very tired. Overall, we are satisfied and look forward to exploring the numerous classes and fitness activities offered that we have yet to try. TWOC has built a community for all ages.
