It is a very nice and quiet place for your vacations, it is very close to Destin but it does not have the traffic and congestion. You have many commercial and interesting places nearby. The house I rent is remodeled, very clean and well equipped, also, you have access to the beach! I recommend this place without any doubt. I will come back!.
Tops’l was awesome! We booked our Vacasa 606 Summit unit very last minute after leaving a horrible place in PCB. Let’s just say it felt like we left hell and went to heaven. The unit was very clean, staff was very cognizant to take extra measures during Covid including wearing masks, and the grounds were immaculate. Guests were also very considerate and did not try to pile in the elevators which allowed for adequate social distancing. I am so glad that we stumbled upon this place, as we would love to come back in the future. We loved the pool at the Summit as it wasn’t as crowded as the tides lower pool that is by the beach. Chairs that were setup with the rental company had plenty of space to allow for over 6ft of distance. The only bummer is that you cannot setup your own umbrellas in front of the rental company’s (which means no front row shade unless you want to pay a fortune). But this is typical of most resorts. Well done Tops’l!!
Our house was nice and we had no issues with that, but the resort area was severely lacking. They do not allow you to bring your own golf carts because they offer a "tram" service that you could very well wait half an hour for. The walk to the beach is long
and extremely hot in July. The beach is covered in chairs and umbrellas that you have to rent and can't set up your own things near there. It is impossible to find a spot to play and that makes it hard with children. No one seemed to care that we were paying visitors at the resort and couldn't enjoy what we were here to enjoy. I WILL NOT stay in the resort area again!
Beautiful place to stay, the condo was very neat and clean. Towels and rags were plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed to cook with. Definitely will stay again!
We’ve been here off and on for years with family. We keep coming back, which is a sign. We enjoy the multiple pools and beach. It’s not a 5 star resort, so be mindful of that. The condos we’ve stayed in have been nice, with varying degrees of updates. Our favorite building is Beach Manor by far. It’s worth the extra cost/night. I wish the main pool was cleaned more regularly. There are numerous times where stuff (trash, bugs, unknown) has been floating in it.
