We had a wonderful vacation! Amazing views of the ocean. Staff was easy to work with and super accommodating. There are 3 pools, 2 outside and 1 inside. A bar at each outdoor pool! Also just steps away from the sandy gulf shore and ocean. Conveniently located. Just minutes away from Pier Park. The elevators could be a pain at times. All in all this is a great place to stay. Definitely coming back!! Thanks Tidewater and Panhandle Getaways!!!
Good: Location, beach access, views. Not so good: ELEVATORS! There aren’t enough elevators to support how many floors there are. Sometimes we waited up to 10-15 min for an elevator. So loading/unloading lots of beach gear was not easy. Especially on a holiday! We checked out on Labor Day. The entire building was waiting 45+ min for an elevator. It was a madhouse. Loved the location and beach views but won’t stay again due to the elevators. I’ve stayed in multiple high rise condos in PCB and never had this issue.
We stayed here through an AirBNB. Terra was a great host. LOVED our condo!! Very roomy, had everything we needed. I can only assume the reviews regarding the elevators were made by people there for the busiest part of the season...we had absolutely no issues. ????????
Great location but a few issues with the property. Oversize parking is a joke, it's the parking lot across the street that's not covered and no security. The elevators were always full (the stairs maybe faster). The AC is preset at 75, so prepare to be warm all the time. Do your research before selecting this property.
Great resort! Location is amazing. Beach is great. We never even went to the pools but they looked like a lot of fun! The restaurant in house was really good. The elevators are pretty much a nightmare when it's busy but that seems to be the case anywhere you go. Our room was incredible and very clean. I will definitely be planning another trip here!
