Air conditioner does not work
The seats are really small.it is not a good place to have a finance exam or any kind of exam.
I was a student at Sydney Uni from 1980-1983.
I remember Pure Maths and Computer Science lectures here. Quite a hike over from Madsen or Carslaw where most other classes were held. I think the furthest I had to go was from PNR to Wallace one term
I remember it being so cold in the winter morning classes that you could see your exhaled breath. The lower seats were the coldest. Woollen scarfs were common to see.
I remember a grouchy Pure Maths prof (but not his name) that would sometimes throw students out if they didn't move along so that no empty seat was left towards the centre. There were so many students and he didn't want people blocking the aisles or sitting on the steps.
I remember the big blackboards, three wide, that could be rolled up and down. Pure Maths could fill up a lot of space in a short time.
Overall I give Wallace a 4 out of 5 for what I remember of it, but I suppose a lot could have changed in 35 years
Seats felt to be a bit uncomfortable.
Needs aircon. But good sound system and projector display
