We Lesson for my 11 year old daughter. She had so much fun. By the end of the lesson she was standing up. Very happy with the staff friendly and helpful.

My grandson has been under training for one year ,as a veteran I can recommend this school of defence , instructors are tops and care for their pupils.they give the kids a understanding of discipline and self worth and thought for others.well worth the low fees and self defence is certainly needed in today's world but a the same time taught not to look for trouble just handle the bully.he is six now ! Thanks rakuen martial arts. Regards poppy!

Had a great time with the family here today. We were very surprised how much cool and interesting stuff you can pack into such a little space. We spent what felt like a half hour walking through the exhibits but it actually took a whole 1.5 hours. Both my 4 year old nephew and 13 year old daughter both had a really great time interacting with all the exhibits and learning about some really unique people and artifacts from around the world. Definitely worth a visit and there are coupons you can find that will also save you 10%.

I visited here just before the lockdowns. The attraction was interesting, lots to see and do however I noticed the assistant manager treating her staff quite rudely. I hope something is done about this soon for the sake of the staff - the young girl seemed quite upset.

So interesting! Loved it! My son came here with vacation care and raved about it and wanted to go again. I found it really interesting - and he loved going back - so much to see and really varied topics. He loved all the laser and light show. Something for the whole family for sure. Got a great deal through the Entertainment Book!

Committee failed to handle a complaint in relation to a committee member and umpire who told my wife to put a 2 month old in a skip bin as she was crying. This person is no longer on the committee but still is an umpire for both Junior and Senior Baseball To be completely fair the Gold Coast Baseball and QLD Baseball also fobbed off the incident. On field care and facilities are excellent which is why it is 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 1.

It is a beautiful place to enjoy with birds and few animals in the open. You can take pictures with koalas, you can feed kangaroos. If you really want the kangaroos to eat what you feed better go there early because it gets overfed eventually by everyone and does not eat. But it is a great experience if you are seeing them for the first time. Parrots feeding happen in the morning 8 am and the evening 4pm . My advise is to go in the mornings so that many will be there for you to feed. And don't miss the bird show. It is amazing.

We are huge fans of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and we visit frequently. Animals are well cared for, and you can get up close and personal with a few hands on animal experiences. It’s well signed and there are plenty of friendly staff and volunteers around to assist finding things. You are always greeted warmly at the entry and directed where to find the online maps and show timetables for that day. The new kids play area and water splash section are a great addition to the park and are a family favorite. We also can’t go here without a trip to feed the kangaroos.

Any place where I can hold a koala gets high marks in my book! I did have to take away a star because I felt something was lacking. The zoo itself is massive, but I felt like we spent more time walking than we did enjoying different animals. Where were they?? There were plenty of koalas and kangaroos, but it doesn't seem like this particular zoo has many unusual animals. And the ones that they did - there was only one of them or they were difficult to know/understand that it was a special animal. I'd go back, but only to take visitors from out of town.

My first ever experience in a hot air balloon for my 21st birthday with my partner. Every part of this was something I will never forget. I can proudly say that I helped to pack the balloon up which is an awesome bonus. Lovely view, amazing experience. Recommend the birthday package with breakfast, champagne and cake! The pilot as well as the bus driver were very knowledgeable and amazing to talk to.

Totally awesome experience one I will never forget . Crew Wayne ,Toby and Sheridan were amazing. Allowing my partner Troy to suprise me on board with a proposal. Totally unexpected and memorable. Whales and dolphins approached our vessel, the dolphins interacted, playing and jumping out of the water. I got amazing pictures of the whales flute. Thanks guys for topping off our surfers paradise experience.

Across the road from the Burliegh pavallion. This caravan park has the best location for a 50$. Grab a swag, tent, van or glamp up in the cabins (not 50 bucks) During covid the amenities block is shut to protect people. There are public restrooms across the road and your shower has to to be your own or for the brave a dip in the pacific. The staff are amazing call or drop in. From van life to grey nomad this is the place to visit. Get here.

Our team Christmas party was evacuated due to bushfires and we were delighted by how accommodating this little park was. They found us a beautifully located, clean, comfortable cabin at short notice. The beach is literally at the end of the driveway. The national park up the hill. Staff are lovely. Cabins are basic but very comfy. Will definitely return.

Great location, friendly staff. Wide open spaces with lots of trees and shady spots. The bathrooms are very tidy, cleaned early every morning. Definitely a great place to stay overnight or even for a few weeks.

After sorting out our site (someone had pitched their camp on our allocated site); I was very grateful that there was a reeled hose available for use as the local birds had completely "deposited their business" all over our camp site equipment (caravan, annexe, chairs, car, etc). It would be very helpful to have more of these available and accessible to all sites please. Amenities were clean with the park about half full. Kids area is good and would appreciate some kind of voucher system allowing each camp site 2 vouchers to enjoy the games room included in the price of stay; as it's a bit pricey at $3.00 per game / activity. I do understand that the fee is to ensure upkeep and respect for the facility. Well worth a look if you require camp kitchen, showers, toilets, pool, playground and walking access to the airport, local shops for food, groceries, leisure activities, night life, pubs, clubs, festivals, twin towns, etc

Amazing holiday at this gem of a place. The cabins are amazing, beach views and so roomy and comfortable. We have already booked for next year. The staff are just lovely. Coffee shop next door, patrolled beach on your door step. Short walk to Burleigh and lots of local shops super close by. I’m so glad I found this place. ????
