The facilities were clean and well maintained throughout our stay. There were parks and activities available for children at the tourist park as well as a great barbecue place. You are also close to shopping centres and the staff members are very friendly.

What an amazing place to tough out the Covid-19 Lock Down. Just as we had purchased our new caravan and prepared to head north Covid-19 happened. We were fortunate enough to be stranded at Broadwater Tourist Park. Kim and Paul were amazing. From the moment we arrived (Thanks Paul for helping park the new van) we felt comfortable. The place is so close to the water, the beach and everything that the Gold Coast is famous for. The amenities (Those that were still open) were always spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst we are looking forward to starting our journey, we will miss being at the park.

Very reliable place for gorgeous fresh made dairy and non dairy ice cream treats! Perfect way to end and day or night at Darwin Waterfront Precinct. Little sad they no longer do kiddie cups with sprinkles, but the quality of the ice cream is so good maybe this decision was because sprinkles and cream diminish such a superlative product.

Cute little ice cream shop on the Waterfront. They have an average range of ice cream and sorbet, but the flavours are lovely and friendly service. The nicest thing about this shop is the location, perfect to grab a scoop after dinner and wander along the water.

I went yesterday to get icecream being a sunday for the splash fest that was on at the waterfront. My 3 year old was so exvited to get a coconut icecream. When we got there, there wasnt any, I told her she could have unicorn or the coconut and mango. As she is 3. She didnt comprehend and requested the coconut. The young girl said Ill check if we have any coconut. I was shocked and very pleased that not only did she check they had some, & she got it for us. Then she asked if we would like some sprinkles on both the girls icecreams. The cups were full and flavours were amazing. Thank you very much for a great locally procued product and great service ????

Considering park was pretty much empty when we got there, could have put us closer to the pool!! For the kids...! Gates didn't work for the first day and a half, was really annoying.. rather expensive for the cabin and only block out blinds, no curtains... So couldn't even have light in with privacy.... For what it cost, I'd rather stay in a motel closer to town!! And U have to pay for guests to come in if you having bbq... LOL..with no people there, and no one even using the facilities while I was there, that's outrageous.. fair enough if Super busy.. but ye.. won't be coming back....

We were a big group for a day visit and one of the staff was so rude to tell us that we need to leave because it is 5pm already even if some of the children are still eating and threaten us that we will be blacklisted for visiting again. Sorry not sorry but that would be our first and last visit in your so called resort that needed un upgrade because it looks like an outdated ii. That staff/owner (whoever he is) too was kind a racist as well not sure why was he so angry. He could have talk to us nicely to tell us that we need to leave but nope we were like a beggar that he was trying to kick out in his place.

We had a powered site directly across from the newly renovated ammenities block, which has a disabled access room. The staff here are super friendly, and always available to help with any problems.The park is flat, and would highly recommend this park to anybody travelling with a wheelchair or other restriction on mobility. Also being pet friendly is a great bonus. The outdoor staff ensure that the grounds are kept tidy and clean.

Not a fan of this place. The staff was very friendly as he came all the way to help check on our power plug. But there wasn't much we could do there. Kitchen was pretty rundown.

We chose Litchfield Safari Park due to its close proximity to all the sights we wanted to see. How surprised we were to find grassy, naturally shaded campsites with fire pits for cooking or just sitting around a campfire at night. Don was the most helpful host we came across through our travels around the NT. The kitchen has a gas stove top as well as bbq plate.  An enormous benefit to the bathrooms is the family bathroom which makes it easier when travelling with small children.  It's one of the very few pet friendly sites in the area. The spaciousness allowed all of our kids a safe place to explore and the best chance to just be kids. Our kids had just as much fun exploring the campgrounds as they did exploring Litchfield! I would highly recommend this park and it is on my list of places to revisit should we be fortunate enough to get back to that part of the world.

Green shady sites with grass!!! Don fixed a problem in the shower when we told him it was just a trickle as he wasnt aware. Ideal for tenting as the area is spacious. Amenities adequate and tidy and waking up to birds every morning was like being in a jungle. Pool was out of order but the locations to the Falls and pools made up for it. There is a small deli type kiosk for a few essentials and a great cafe with homemade mango cheesecake and muffins a kilometre away for the 3 busy months. Very happy staying for 3 days and being on a powered site recharged the fridge batteries. Would go back again!!

Amazing experience. Definitely we recommend feeding crocks and cage of death. Together it cost around $350 for 2 people. (Feeding+ cage) We were feeding 2 large crocodiles, holding and pet baby crocodile and pytons, lizard. Also we were in water with the largest crocodile 5,1m 900kg. He was tired and lazy but stuff did the best and left us in water longer time. We have plenty of pictures and we really enjoyed it. They provided photos from cage for extra charge what is for me one big minus. We paid $66 for 2 pics only from cage which is really expensive considering they are just two. If you want to get all of them + video. it’s extra $100. I think it’s too much. Anyway stuff were great helpful. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Great place, bigger than first expected. There is a lot of knowledge signposted around but the keepers they are a wealth of knowledge along with being really friendly. Definitely want to take the kids here.

Went into the Crocosaurus with a gut feeling that it likely wasn't an appropriate environment for such large animals. The size of the enclosures and layout were far worse than expected. Considering that the largest crocodiles are over 5m long, they only had a few meters to walk and swim around in. Furthermore, the younger small crocodiles were jam packed into small enclosures virtually sitting on top of each other due to the limited space. A small crocodile had its jaws taped closed and used a prop for photo taking while it thrashed around. We left with a strong sense of sadness and sympathy for the abused animals. Do not make the mistake we made by attending and go see these beautiful creatures in their home in the wild.

Had a “construction-themed” birthday for my son, a while ago. Chef was friendly and very attentive to our wishes. I brought the truck (my son’s fav toy) and he assembled it on the cake beautifully. Yummy cake and lots of compliments on the cake.

When I walked in through the door I was almost knocked down by the intense smell of sweat. I lasted only a couple of minute before I had to escape out into the fresh air. Probably the facilities and staff are great but the odour making it a bit hard to acces it.

Have trained at many gyms between GC and Brisbane for the past 2 years and i can easily say this is one of the worst ive been to. This is a straight up mcdojo with a head coach that came from kung fu. Train here at your own risk. Other gyms in the area id recommend are axis and five rings.

Placed a order for a picture cake for my son’s birthday almost a week back and they agreed to do this. But when we picked it up the cake was handmade and was ugly. No message was written on the cake. The reason they mentioned was the message and pic for the cake was send my mail which is accessible only by manager and the staff doesn’t have any information. The staff also tried to convince me that the handmade cake is more expensive than the pic cake and they are not charging me this time when I spend $200 on the cake. Very poor customer service. Never recommend for a customised cake.

Cake was inedible! Paid $70 for a birthday cake that did not have the writing on top like asked and the cake was hard like rock. My 5 year old wouldnt eat it. 1 bite and said its yukky. I complained to company and heard nothing back. Ruined the party. So disappointed!! I will never return to the parap cheesecake shop

Location is very convenient to visit the park but price is very expensive in regards to the facilities condition. Bathroom were absolutely dirty. I'm not even sure it is completely cleaned up everyday. The tent was ok and bed comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. We recommend to eat there as the price / quality ratio is very good

Lovely campsite with good facilities, really appreciated the showers. Beautiful walks in the area. Reception staff were somewhat inept and unenthusiastic (actually managed to put us off paying for tours) with the notable exception of Mikaela who was excellent and who's advice we followed for everything.

I don't give five stars out very often at all, but this this has honestly been the high light of my visit to the Northern Territory. The pricing is very reasonable, lower then you would pay anywhere else in Australia for the same experience. If you arrive a short time before opening and pay for the "Animal Encounters". Allowing back stage access, you can feed some fresh water stingrays, seagulls, baby kangaroos and sugar gliders just to name a few. We (the family and I) made a day out of it. The people are really keen and knowledgeable in their areas. You get the sense the really care about the tours which adds to the experience.

The animals are relatively lively, compared to zoos, and the interactive exhibits are outstanding. I attended the Wallaby, bird of prey, and Sugar Glider handling ones, and feel that it was well-worth the money. All of the ones where you only get to look at the animals were great too. The walks between places here took a lot, but they were nice. You also have the option to take a trolley. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. The animals seemed well-cared-for, and all-in-all it was a great experience.

Excellent collection of fossils, taxidermy, and interesting geological information on central Australia. Not sure if young kids would enjoy it, our 10 and 7 year olds really enjoyed it. Took about an hour. A fantastic collection of photos in the upper section is well worth the time to discover. Entry is free for NT residents.

It took us 20 minutes to walk here from town. The highlight was the photographs on the top level that were taken in the early 1900's. This showed a lot about living in the area at the time. Cost was under $10per adult to get in.

It is amazing how smaller regional centres can put together some awesome historical displays, and Katherine museum certainly puts a great display on for visitors. Set in really appealing and relaxing grounds, a visitor here gets a very informative, easy to read timeline narrative that provides a vast amount of interesting history of Katherine and the region. There is quite a lot to see and learn, and then you can relax and enjoy reasonably priced (you must expect to pay slightly more in these types of enterprises) refreshments. With the lack of Government funding for initiatives like this we should be happy to make a contribution towards recording the history of our great country. We are sure to return, several times!
