If your heart says to adopt a pet please don’t look any further than this incredible facility. The entire staff is loving, kind and immensely dedicated. I just adopted a elderly cat who came to Main line very ill, very under weight. Through their love I was able to bring home this amazing, proud, and beautiful male. Thank you Main Line for all your care and love.

As far as the facility itself goes, it is kept clean and the animals look well taken care of. The real problem lies in this business's operation. The phone system is terrible. I had to reschedule my appointment to pick up a pair of kittens. I got a voicemail from the volunteer Dorothy's personal cell phone number stating to text or call that number. I called shortly after I was due at the rescue and left a voicemail inquiring about a good time to come by. She never reached back and emailed me 2 days later saying they adopted out 1 kitten because the committee believes if I really wanted the kittens, I would've put in more effort to come get them. I was livid and responded saying I am finding business to adopt elsewhere. Imagine my lack of surprise when I never got a response back. The customer service is lousy at best and demeaning at its worst. I really don't understand why it is like this when, in my experience, animal lovers are down-to-earth and kind. I will never associate myself with this place again. They basically implied I'm lazy after they neglected to return MY phone calls.

I am posting solely in regards to the aquatics program here, specifically for parents of young children. I have had nothing but terrible experiences. I went to try and sign up for private lessons, paid, only to find out when I contacted 2 weeks later that my payment/request never went through. I was told there was no availability for lessons and was convinced to sign up for small group instruction. I do so. When we arrive for lessons, I was told by the director that we were not on the list. I showed him the confirmation email sent by HIM, and he walked away leaving the instructor to deal with adding us into the class. Fast forward three weeks, our lessons start late and the director allows one instructor for 12(!!!) Small children. One child falls in, has to be saved by the mother (because no one else even notices), and how does the director of aquatics handle himself? By walking out and ignoring the customer. To have an aquatics director that clearly doesn't care for the customer or child is a disgrace. I would avoid swim lessons here at all cost, given that there is a director of aquatics who is so uncommunicative and so willing to risk the lives of the children taking lessons in the facility.

Beautiful gym. Very clean. Great equipment. Newer equipment. Most staff are kind and helpful. The pool has a slide and water mushroom area for kids. However it is not a overly welcoming children's play pool. Head lifeguard can be very nasty.

Love this place. It has something for everyone. I would like to see some group physical activities for kids instead of just babysitting.

Great variety of programs for the children and I recommend all of the programs. Great staff & I hope they keep up the great work.

Great staff, great things to do, I went in and I wasn't from the area, and I found so much that my kids can do, from the staff there, they took the time out, plus they ready love helping people, feom and not from there area????
