I be very careful dealing with Goodstart. When we first join they withdraw $400 from our bank account by mistake (well that was their excuse). If I wanted it back I was told I have to wait 2 weeks so I be better off leaving my account in credit. Too bad if I needed the money for food shopping. In our time at goodstart on two separate occasions we were given these out of the blue bills for $300 to $400 on top of our usual fees. They were very threatening if we didn’t pay saying they would refuse our child, send the debt to a debt collector and trash our credit rating. The childcare centre were also closed on public holidays but if your child was usually book in you were still charged even when no staff was at the Center. They did stop this practice but never refunded a cent. Do not send your kids here unless you have deep pockets. They will make sure they get as much money out of you possible. Do not make my mistake of giving them access to your bank account.

very family oriented, educators are amazing with the children, warm and inviting feel as soon as you walk in, would highly recommend if you are looking for a warm and welcoming environment for your little ones to love, learn and grow

Fantastic Centre. My twins have been attending this centre for a little over two years. The staff are lovely and caring. Made my kids transition from being home with me to attending daycare a lot easier for us all. They ensured that they had the same educator available for cuddles at drop off, which allowed them (and me) to settle in well. Everything they needed for the day (nappies, Wipes, sunscreen, hat) is all included in the fees which are really good. All food is also included and it is delicious. Highly recommend this centre for anyone looking for care.

We adopted little 'Charlotte' from your Rabbit adoption programme. We fell in love with her and so did her mate. We had our male neutred a month after. But it gave them plenty of 'getting to know you' moments (but in separate areas). Thankyou for our little girl. She is beautiful.

Great for kids and overseas tourists with plenty of fairly tame native animals to see. Limited range of food and drinks available in the cafe but plenty of picnic tables around if you want to take your own food.

Lovely area away from the town. $3 gets you a big bag of pellets to hand feed animals throughout the park. And of course, if you're able to snag a spot in line, you can pay to actually hold a koala.

First time back after COVID19. Everything was super clean. Mitzi the instructor fabulous and welcomed a very small class back. It's good to be back. Shane the maintenance contractor had nice little chat aswell. Well done next Gen.under the circumstances.????

Everyone has done a great job of cleaning the gym during the shutdown. Looks amazing. Staff are taking the restrictions very seriously. I feel safe and it's great to be back.

My daughter has been attending Norwood Ballet Centre for the past 7 years; she attends multiple classes over the week. We are Indians by ethnicity. NBC has an exceptionally supportive and culturally competent environment. Tara and Lauren are excellent teachers and lovely human beings. My daughter adores them. Jacqui is outstanding as well. Everyone associated with customer service in NBC is very professional as well as supportive. We could not have chosen a better dance academy than NBC

Beyond happy with the caring nature, supportive environment, exclusive attitude and excellent ballet tuition. We have been attending for 8+ years and my daughter has developed wonderfully. She is growing into a young adult surrounded by caring and loving people. She has the confidence to try new things, be herself and appreciate the effort it takes to succeeds. She hasn’t always been the best student, but the patience of Tara, Lauren and Miss Thompson has been invaluable. She has always been included, no matter what she looks like!

My 4 yo daughter can be shy at times but she really loves dancing and wanted to take classes. Miss Hannah and Miss Tara are both extremely patient people and wonderful teachers. They always take the time to help all of the children to feel comfortable and enjoy their lessons. They have created a nurturing, inclusive and fun environment. Through their gentle encouragement my daughter even got up on stage and participated in a performance which was something that she desperately wanted to do, she was really thrilled about it! We are very happy with Norwood Ballet.

Needs some local support new clubhouse and sportsman's bar, tab, live sporting on a big screen. You need to encourage people to come be social with their friends and the community in the area it's all we have to encourage youth to have hobbies and a support with the eldership of the club and community .. plympton Bulldog's Football Club.. Needs local donations and input we need local sports back in. Fad .. Enough of this lazy selfish local council' and state government's lack of support in youth development.. No wonder everyone turns to drugs alcohol and cigarettes that's what the government seem to want.. Teamwork people please save society and sports
