The only reason why I give them two stars is because Kaiser ( our adopted dog) is lovely. I tried contacting them via phone, email and even the direct line to no avail. The frequent excuse as always is Covid19. Very poorly managed. Plus they recommended RSPCA insurance which we took and it is the world's worst insurance - I have got the same email asking for the same documents over 5 times now. Be very very careful when you deal with them.

Didn't have the highest of expectations after seeing some reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. Great value for money and great day out with little ones. The animals look well looked after and there is a good variety. Cafe on site is reasonably priced.

We drove past the farm the other day. I remember when it was such a beautiful lush place, even in summer. Now it looks dead and horrible. Things have gotten worse there by the looks of it. Why would they waste their money on painting the barn, when they should have spent it on the gardens and grass? I would be so embarrassed if I worked there or ran the place, knowing how bad it looks now and how amazing it looked a few years ago. My children loved the place and the animals. I used to love having coffee and lunch with my friends while our kids had fun in the gardens and playgrounds. But one of my friends told me the cafe was shut down. Well we won't be visiting anymore and neither will my friends when I show them these pics. I think we might start going to the cuddly animal farm instead. At least there is still some green grass there.

I regularly attend the Friday gentle sessions with Helen. We do different poses and flowing sequences, each week something new. Helen is a very knowledgeable and engaging teacher.

The courts here are in terrific condition and the club although a very busy club is friendly and welcoming. A perfect place for a social game or for monthly catch ups with a game of tennis and time for a social catchup.

Nothing too special but has club and social tennis opportunities and can be accessed most of the day. Bring a hat, water and sunscreen.

I go to jubilee reserve for bootcamp classes every day ran by Virginie, and i love it !great facilities ,big park ,love the trees and always well maintained with all amenities and barbeque area !

Great reserve. The new grass is fantastic. The amenities are always clean and tidy. Huge carpark with plenty of parking. Easy access. Has a kids playground . Club rooms are always well maintained and it has a lovely kiosk on days sports are being played.
