Corrupt administration that cares more about what you're wearing than what you're learning. Defunct "Christian" values and bigotry taints what could have been an otherwise amazing school with a sad, dull atmosphere. I'd be lying to say all of the teachers are incompetent because I did have some who were amazing and went above and beyond to help me succeed, but I did encounter quite a few that either lacked proper credentials (being a private school) or an effective work ethic. Relentless homophobia and hypocrisy in religion courses, deans who take short skirts more seriously than bullying, and an almost nonexistent sense of any school spirit from the students, which is probably rooted in these underlying issues. I wouldn't advise you not to send your kids here, but definitely think long and hard before you drop $14k/year on a school that has students partaking in an ongoing joke about it being similar to a concentration camp.
By far one of the best schools in Orange County, California. They truly mold well rounded college bound students. Mater Dei is a super strict high school full of values and tradition. I hated it when I was a student because of how protective and strict they were, but I will forever be grateful for the education that they gave me (worth the money). Haters are going to hate! Guess we must me doing something right.

This course is pricey, but well worth every dollar! The green is beautiful and the ocean in the background is breathtaking. If you're looking to treat yourself or someone that loves golf... this is a must try! Took my husband here for his birthday and he really enjoyed the course!
The staff at Monarch Beach Golf Links was incredibly helpful throughout the planning and execution of our tournament. They were very organized with social distancing and made the entire process stress-free! Anthony and Katy were especially helpful and very easy to work with. Anything we threw their way, they took it on happily.

I had my E46 M3 towed to MRF Engineering for inspection. When I arrived, Malek told me not to take the car off the tow truck unless I agreed to $10k in parts and labor. Over the phone he was courteous and said he'd gladly inspect the car, but the very next morning when in person he told me his shop was full and will not even touch my car. Big waste of time and money on towing back and forth.

Fields are well maintained by the city and Northwood does pretty well scheduling everyone's needs especially given that it's an all-volunteer organization. Glad our family can be a part of NWLL.

Let's get a few things out of the way. My review is based on my experience. I've been going to Newport course for a couple of months, that's when i started playing golf. The driving range is fantastic and usually pretty quiet 6:30am when I go. The putting green is great and free to use. The course is small, mostly par 3's and will have you walking in all kinds of directions along the way. By no means is this the best course of played on however i don't need to book to play, i can play by myself, the staff are always very friendly, accommodating and polite and I've made friends there that i can play with every week. Don't go expecting a par 72 course but appreciate being able to play alone of you wish and be ready to make new friends!
Great course! Theyre making improvements to it. They now have golf carts but only a small amount. They're making tee boxes with grass. Great! Greens tend to run fast.
It's a bit of a learning course so just be patient.

Hands-down the fastest way to escape the city, and, with a few correct turns, be out of sight of any humans or man made buildings, etc., within 45 min (or less) from when you left IS |A city limits!
Best part is, several local buses will even take you here very cheaply. Great trails, very beautiful.
There is too many great things to do here than is possible to do justice with in a brief review. Get a good guidebook/map on this area, and Enjoy!
Highly recommended. Just get off your lazy butt on a day off w/nice weather, and GO HERE. You will not regret it.
With all this Covid-19 situation, we needed this park to do what they do best. Concert from comfort of your vehicle says safety 1st, all while living a little bit. Some rules weren't being followed by people and it didn't seem there was someone in charge trying to implement all that is stated on website when seeking details about event. I stay in my Lane so I still had a great time, but if rules won't be implemented maybe website needs to be updated to the actual flexibility of the place. ????✍

He has made numerous friends and advanced through the system as his skillet improves. Highly recommend for beginner or advanced players alike.
Terrible experience with the youth club organization. Arrogant, interested only in $ and colonizing Irvine parks. Just because they have European accent does not make a coach, as they need to learn/teach good sportsmanship first.
We have been very happy with the coaching and organization. My 8 year old daughter loves the practices and clinics, her interest in soccer has exploded since joining the Club team. We really like the coach's style of teaching and approach. This is a great club to be a part of.

If you want to get what you pay for, DON’T USE SAMLARC. I have had nothing but dead groundcover and weeds growing on the upward slope behind my house for years. Over a year ago we started dealing with SAMLARC, and try to get this situation fixed. We figured a little ground cover couldn’t cost too much. They sent the landscape crew three times now to chop down the weeds, throwing debris, rocks, branches and clippings into our backyard and up against the fence. Every time, the weeds grow back, and usually a foot taller since they keep watering them. Recently, they cleared all the dead brush and put in a few sparsely’s separated plants. Now it’s all weeds again! A GIANT WASTE OF MY MONTHLY FEES!

Really enjoy playing this course and calling this course home! The staff, pro, GM are all awesome. Everyone knows who you are and it’s a real sense of community! Challenging course but also playable. The greens can be tricky if you don’t know the breaks or if your not that great like me. Great environment and great people. If you have thought about joining a country club definitely check out Seacliff. So many options for families too.
Always love playing here. Also a great place to have a fund raiser gold tournament.
