It is a very nice and quiet place for your vacations, it is very close to Destin but it does not have the traffic and congestion. You have many commercial and interesting places nearby. The house I rent is remodeled, very clean and well equipped, also, you have access to the beach! I recommend this place without any doubt. I will come back!.

Beautiful place to stay, the condo was very neat and clean. Towels and rags were plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed to cook with. Definitely will stay again!

We’ve been here off and on for years with family. We keep coming back, which is a sign. We enjoy the multiple pools and beach. It’s not a 5 star resort, so be mindful of that. The condos we’ve stayed in have been nice, with varying degrees of updates. Our favorite building is Beach Manor by far. It’s worth the extra cost/night. I wish the main pool was cleaned more regularly. There are numerous times where stuff (trash, bugs, unknown) has been floating in it.

Good: Location, beach access, views. Not so good: ELEVATORS! There aren’t enough elevators to support how many floors there are. Sometimes we waited up to 10-15 min for an elevator. So loading/unloading lots of beach gear was not easy. Especially on a holiday! We checked out on Labor Day. The entire building was waiting 45+ min for an elevator. It was a madhouse. Loved the location and beach views but won’t stay again due to the elevators. I’ve stayed in multiple high rise condos in PCB and never had this issue.

We had a wonderful vacation! Amazing views of the ocean. Staff was easy to work with and super accommodating. There are 3 pools, 2 outside and 1 inside. A bar at each outdoor pool! Also just steps away from the sandy gulf shore and ocean. Conveniently located. Just minutes away from Pier Park. The elevators could be a pain at times. All in all this is a great place to stay. Definitely coming back!! Thanks Tidewater and Panhandle Getaways!!!

We stayed here through an AirBNB. Terra was a great host. LOVED our condo!! Very roomy, had everything we needed. I can only assume the reviews regarding the elevators were made by people there for the busiest part of the season...we had absolutely no issues. ????????

Italian, Tuscan styled community! That is how this place reminds you of Italy and brings you the sense of Europe. Unfortunately, there have been news lately that this community is caught and sued for bullying the residents who don't agree with the management. Like real mafia from Italy!?

Bella Collina is a beautiful country club. The golf ⛳ course is always in excellent condition and the restaurants have delicious food and great service. Also a great place for a wedding.

This review is for Coach Lucas Cohen. I met him 4 years ago when I was searching for golf lessons for my daughters. He was amazing and he showed us great techniques. I called him recently after a few years of not seeing him so that we can touch up on techniques. He was once again amazing, professional, and I love his way of positive teaching. My daughters and I really like him.

Lucas was great to work with. He knows how to relate and make techniques understandable. I will definitely continue to take lessons with him. Worth every penny.

Lucas is the best instructor I ever had. He explains the mechanics and theory of every stroke. He changed my grip and I gained more yardage and more control. Now I feel more confidence in every stroke I make. I can't wait for the next session. Thank you Lucas, you are a Great coach.

Andy met us when we pulled in and he was AMAZING! Helpful, cheerful and very informative. Cody took it from there. He got us checked in and Fisher brought up our bags. Both Fisher and Cody gave us wonderful recommendations for our stay. When we got ready to leave everyone was wonderful and Andy recommend a lovely place on our way out of town that was so great!! We'll definitely be back to see them again.

Wonderful resort! Everything you need and want to do is here! The private beach is beautiful. Huge pools and a fireplace on the grounds. A lot of activities to keep busy ( children too.) I loved the complimentary shuttle.

Parking was too far away from where the rooms were located and without any convenient way to get luggage from the car to the room; even dropping off one's luggage before parking in the front of the hotel still has you hauling luggage quite a distance since you may be staying in a different building than where the front lobby is. Labels on where different rooms were located in the various buildings was mostly non-existent thus its hard to find your room while lugging your luggage. Getting staff to assist was challenging. There were some helpful people who worked there, yet they were the exception. Beautiful grounds. Room was not better than what Marriott and Hampton hotels offer.

I love living in Sun N Lakes district. I came here to live a simple, retired and quiet life. I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Blomfield, Code Enforcement Officer who answered my many questions about the district. He was very polite and respectful, as well as very knowledgeable about the district. The staff members I met so far since 2013, are approachable, friendly and helpful, except one. As a customer service personnel, I expected she would be pleasant and approachable, at best. I’ve met security officers Mike and Bob who usually respond in a timely manner when I require their assistance. I appreciate the district’s work in keeping the grass along the roadways trimmed and as often as needed. I appreciate they have a mosquito control personnel that sprays the area as needed. I appreciate the strategically placed street light since I came here and those by the mailboxes. In the area of the district where I live, I love that there are no electric wires blocking my view of the sunset. I appreciate the yard and bulk waste pickup. I appreciate having security patrolling the area. I am aware there are dangerous wildlife around the area, so I have to take caution if I go walking or jogging, and also while on the nature trails. The homes in my area are sparse, so I don’t encounter much neighbors. I appreciate not having neighbors walking unleashed dogs. The few neighbors that I do encounter typically exchange friendly greetings. There are some that don’t care to. Some neighbors pass by on bicycles, golf carts and occasional ATVs. I also don’t having problems in my area prowling cats. It’s truly peaceful and quiet where I live. It’s a safe environment overall. I don’t see police cruisers go by because there’s really no need. Hopefully it stays that way. I live in a no flood zone, so that’s one less bill to pay. There’s a fire hydrant close by and the new fire department is close by as well which results in lower home insurance cost. I love the idea of living close to US 27 S, which also me easy travel to the Ft. Lauderdale and Miami area. US 27 N provides easy access to I-4 to go West to Tampa and St. Petersburg or East to Orlando. That kind of accessibility is a big plus for me. With the six lanes on US 27, it gives me quick and easy access to stores such as Wal-Mart, Aldi and Home Depot or Lowes. I’m definitely off the beaten path back in the section of the district where I live which means less traffic and more peace and quiet. My biggest concern living here is the wildlife creatures such as bears, bobcats, foxes and alligators. I don’t particularly desire to go walking or jogging about because of that and that’s regrettable. I was hoping I would be able to take long walks or go jogging without any major concern for my safety. Other than that, I’m very happy living here. Having good neighbors help makes the difference in living in peace and enjoying our homes. Thankfully I live in peace with my one close neighbor. As I’ve said the houses where I’m located are sparse, hence the reason for having only one very close neighbor.
