The whole experience was a pleasant surprise, we drove down from Lismore to see Elton John and it was worth it on so many unexpected levels. The shuttle bus there and back was very well run, the facilities there and the staff were second to none!

Matt is a very friendly person and makes it look easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended! Matt is an excellent guide. Very warm and friendly, lots of interesting local knowledge, and happy to paddle at whatever pace suits your group. We have been twice and loved it both times!

Can't fault them. Great customer service from Matt, very quick and easy to sort out hiring of kayaks over email and phone calls. Friendly guy who was great to chat to and gave us lots of tips for places to see after we had finished on the water as well.

My partner & I had the best experience, the weather wasn’t great as they had over 100 mils of rain a couple of days before hand but our guide Paris was great, and even though is started raining half way through our 3 hr ride we still had such a fun time, gorgeous property as well. Horses where great, my horse Delilah was super chilled but responsive in the right way. Would highly recommend and would defiantly go there again next time we are out that way.

What a fabulous ride! Thank you Leah (and She knows her stuff and was able to cater to both non experienced and experienced riders equally so that everyone had a great time. Also left with a little crush on Stormy now! Thank guys! Well run, well fed and healthy horses, look forward to coming back!

My wife & I did a trail ride recently & couldn’t rate the experience highly enough. A mix of trails, friendly guidance & sweet, responsive horses that are very loved. A great way to start the day.

Loved staying in the resort. Our room was good and the facilities excellent. Had fun with the wildlife at the resort. The resort staff were very friendly. Only negative was the Indian restaurant, while the food was great, the restaurant staff were neither friendly nor accommodating - bordering on rude. Because the food was good we resorted to arranging takeaway.

We stayed at Boambee Bay resort over Xmas. It was brilliant as was the location. A beautiful resort, well maintained & very clean. The staff were lovely & friendly & we had a wonderful time. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

Boambee Bay Resort has changed over the years but still maintains it's family holiday charm and relaxed atmosphere. The pool is large and unique, the water dragons are fascinating, the estuary is so close, as are two beautiful beaches. The resort has everything you need including putt putt, tennis, an arcade, hairdresser, restaurant, squash court, lawn bowls and canoeing. No gear required, you can hire it all from the lovely receptionists for free. The birds around are special and you'll see whales off the coast at the right time of the year!! Spectacular place, you've got to spend a week or two here to see for yourself.

The most tranquil and stunning private stretch of beach we had ever seen. We booked a night here for just a one night stop over when driving from Brisbane to Sydney and couldn't believe our luck. Will definitely come back again soon.

Only went for a quick visit, but what a location. Absolutely perfect. You can hear the surf roll in from the street. It has such a beautiful feel about the place. Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful spot. Highly recommended.

Stayed in a standard cabin for 7 nights in Jan 2020. Park is clean, amenities are well kept and they had great inclusions like a pool, lagoon and jumping pillow for the kids. Cabins were clean with good space. Most of the permanent residents were great to interact with. Only wish the pool was actually open from 8am instead of having to wait for the cleaner to wrap up every morning and that the adjoining Tavern was more reasonably priced. Will be back to enjoy another trip to the area.

Right from the booking the staff we so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The park itself is well kept, clean and easy to get around. The cafe and staff were amazing! Highly recommend this place for your next holiday! The best fish and chips our family have had. ????

Impressed with the customer service. We were travelling between Melbourne and Queensland with car and caravan. They were able to provide us a place to stay where we could actually keep caravan still hitched to car and at short notice on 2 separate occasions. Beautiful spot by the water and good feed at the v tavern. Thanks heaps

First time canoeing and had a fun time with Daniel our guide. He made us feel safe and was very patient as we slowly got the hang of canoeing!
