This place is a ripped off especially to those people who doesnt know about cars. I went to this mechanic 6 years ago to do my pink slip for my 1999 Toyota Camry. The guy there asked me if I got money and says I have to replace front drive shaft if not i wont be able to renew rego!!He charged me $400 for replacing it ( later i found out they didnt even replace, just washed dirt) Since I was young at that time and my rego expire next day I agree to do it. They give hand written receipt. What a dodgy place. Please never go there!! I wouldn't give one star if there is an option.

I recently bought 2 trek bicycles from this store. I have been cycling for almost a decade and across 2 states. In all this time I have never had better service from a bike store. A fantastic business with extremely professional and friendly staff. More bike stores like this please! Bradley in particular was exceptional.

Fantastic customer service from Dan! Listened to my requirements. He spent a little bit of time with me to explain the pros and cons of each machine. Friendly shop atmosphere, they even dropped the fully assembled bike off to my house! I will be back :) Thanks again

The range is excellent, prices are reasonable and once GST and shipping are taken into account as well warranty hassles with return shipping the value proposition is also present. These guys know there stuff and I think are the best bike shop in Australia. Stuart is a genius bike mechanic and a legend on the gear and derailuer adjustments, always willing to provide advice and make small tweaks on the spot. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent experience with Renegade Cycles! They were able to do a general service to my gravel bike within a day, and did a superb job making sure the bike runs as good as new. Fantastic service experience. Came here after Chatswood Cyclery told me you couldn’t raise the handle bars on my daughters bike. 15 mins with the bike and Josh and team had the situation sorted. Awesome experience, would recommend again

Have been to Woolys Wheels twice now for some repairs/maintenance to my bike. First time I visited the owner served me and was very helpful. He explained what was needed to replace my chain. He suggested additional parts but he didn't go for a hard up-sell. The work that the mechanics did was excellent, and I was very happy with the service and the price. Second time I used Woolys was the last couple of days dropping off and picking up my bike to have the rear wheel trued. Again, excellent and friendly service, and my bike is a pleasure to ride again. I see others have complained about 'attitude' from the staff, but I didn't see that at all. Every time I've been in they have been helpful and friendly. More than happy to recommend and will continue to go there for all my cycling needs.

I’m a local Paddington resident and wanted to purchase a Specialized bike from Woolies. I went in a couple of times trying to get more info about which bike would suit my needs. Clearly seeing I was only new to the sport and probably not going to purchase one of the top end models they were very dismissive of my questions. I Shopped around after this experience and found another authorised Specialized dealer in the city who was very welcoming very informative and offered a great price for the whole package including bell, services, bottle holder, lock and lights for the same price woolies was only offering the bike. Short story based on poor customer service woolies lost the sale of a bike and an easy lifetime customer.

The best bicycle store in Sydney I have seen. In comparison with their famous "almost a hundred bikes" competitor, Velocipede aims not to rob you off but to provide professional help in realization of your cycling project offering you a good deal. In particular, Robert, a very friendly, highly knowledgeable and passionate about bicycles person, led me in my bicycle upgrade from all the beginning to the end helping with pieces of advice and quickly getting right components for me. Now I am riding my upgraded bike assembled perfectly and can't stop smiling as everything works just outstandingly well! I will definitely be working only with Velocipede and hopefully with Robert. Thank you guys for your great job!

The crew are there to help. Yes they want to sell bikes and accessories, (and coffee), but they want to know that you get the correct bike, enjoy it, return for service, upgrades and repairs and eventually return to replace or add to your bicycle requirements with additional new bikes in time if that is your desire. They are bicycle people and are interested in fulfilling your needs and ensuring that the purchase you make is a satisfying one.

Robbie and the boys at Velocipede are amazing! They went out of their way to ensure I had my new bike by Christmas; they drove to the warehouse to collect it, rather then rely on couriers as they knew I was on a tight schedule. Kev and his mechanic team built it up in good time and Rob squeezed the bike fit into his extremely busy schedule - nothing I asked for was too much hassle. Now I have my beautiful Scott Foil RC to place under the Christmas tree. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

6 Stars - Rainbow Cycles are awesome :) Glen, Dan and staff can offer great advice on what bike to buy and correct sizing. Their after sales service is great too. Nothing is ever a problem. Rainbow Cycles have a great understanding of how to help a novice cyclist through to a well oiled professional. If you are thinking about purchasing a bike, need it serviced or need any equipment I highly recommend them.

The last time I was in there both guys seemed more interested chatting up a young girl who had walked into the store than making a sale. Giant bikes are good and the brand is being let down by this store.

Bill and all the staff at Skater HQ need a massive pat on the back. You guys are so proud and passionate, and love every one of your customers. You helped me with a long overdue skate upgrade, plus after sales support and refitting / Heat moulding to make sure my skates fit my foot like a glove ???? I can't thank you enough!
