Zee has photographed my children on 3 occasions now and I can put my hand on heart and say she is one of the best photographers I have been to. Not only is she talented with the images she creates, but she is so calm and gentle with the kids which makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Zanelle is incredibly talented. She has an eye for the perfect angles and beautiful lighting to create breathtaking baby portraits. I highly recommend her!
So here the case.. Zee did the photoshoot twice for us, the first one being maternity shoot in a garden which turned out good. The second one was my baby’s 6-9 months milestone session in her studio and to be honest didn’t turn out great as she doesn’t use studio lights just natural window lights. The photos turned out to be way darker in contrast than they should have. When we contacted her back asking her to rectify them she simply mentioned it would cost another 55$ per hour to get them re-edited. Mind that we had already paid 500$ for the shoot which isn’t cheap at all. This was really disappointing and unprofessional when u are asked to pay more when the first time it should have been perfect.
There are other photographers in town who do a better job and still maintain client satisfaction.
I thank Zee for her services but wouldn’t return for my baby’s next milestone session.
Be careful if you are doing an indoor studio shoot with her the photos may not turn out great as expected.

Has to be the best Gym on the North Shore. Staff are friendly, facility's are clean and the gym equipment is state of the art. The thing I like most is the view of the Waitara oval while Im working out.
Great facility and staff, people who have given poor ratings due to staff being rude may be justified, but that has never been the case for me (although i only interact with the reception and gymnastics staff). The facility itself is in great condition too, from the gym to the gymnastics area, to the basketball courts and boxing area. Poor reviews given because of difficulty booking a basketball court don't seem to appreciate the fact that if it's constantly booked, then it must be well liked. The only issue i have had is that on some calls, no one has answered, and the call is eventually just dropped as the waiting cue seems to not be very long. Another issue is that sometimes their online website isn't completely up to date on info (such as there being a mid-term break for gymnastics). All and all however it is a great place, and it serves an important role in the community.

My kids are enrolled in the swimming program at Macq Uni. They love it here, only prob is the constant rotation of swim instructors every 3 mths. Once the kids get used to the teaching style, they are given a new instructor. But all of the swim instructors are amazing anyway. Indoor/outdoor aquatic facilities.
Gymnasium is great, they even cater for sporting/gymnastic kids parties which is an awesome idea. Holiday programs for kids in both genres. Great to have such a state of the art facility up the road from home.
Pros :
What a beautiful music they play! Loads of equipments. Outdoors & indoors swimming pool. All sections are divided and defined. Outdoor area for gym and fresh air. Staffs are awesome. Training sessions always on.Always there is some gym & swimming clothes on sale. Member ship is good and cheap compared to others if taken annually. There is a snack shop open till late evening for a quick bite. Overall it's a cool place. Timings are 7 days a week and open till late.
Cons :
Quality of the bottle & bag provided could be and need to be better.
The gym is great however they're missing some dumbbells.

I had an enjoyable fun night class in a well lit and air-conditioned room. The place was easy to find, a minute's walk from Parramatta station. Getting there 20 minutes early allowed me to fill in minimal paperwork, that was well set out. The trainer for the night, Jake, was welcoming at the door, and the reception person polite. The small class numbers (around 15 people) meant people got there early and made good progress of Jake's skilled tutoring. Jake also made the class fun with well placed humour and thorough teaching. He garnered from his years handling emergency posts internationally and made learning first aid and CPR skills easy and applicable. Thank you to a well run company and a friendly professional Jake!
Organised an on-site session for work team - everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Yalcin is a great presenter - informative, engaging and interesting! He's very personable and passionate about what he does - this really shows in the energy he brings. The course is hands on and practical - really worthwhile and useful. I'd highly recommend!
If you’re looking for a Professionally delivered course with respectful & proficient instruction THIS IS NOT the course for you!! This is especially true if you’ve had a lot of experience with First Aid Courses & have a broad frame of reference. Although it’s a very basic and inexpensive course definitely choose St John Ambulance training for a MUCH higher standard of training and content delivery. The owners at Aust Training Institute are all related too so it’s also futile to provide any negative feedback to them directly. Yalcin (the owner) approached his role in a very flippant manner and NOT AT ALL professionally. He commenced on a very negative note saying that the course was boring & that he would try to get through it as quickly as possible. How disrespectful of a training process that could potentially save a life!!
He was arduously trying to be funny instead of focusing on delivering the content with a sincere, professional & proficient communication style. He firstly regaled anecdotes about his mother and this wife; very inappropriate in a teaching environment and quite insulting for those poor ladies. At one point he pretended to resuscitate a demonstration mannequin torso that did not have a head attached to it. Again very disrespectful of the training process & of human life and was in extremely poor taste; very inappropriate. He was also condescending and sexist towards the younger male & female participants in the group and perpetuated gender stereotypes in some of his hypothetical incident story lines & explanations regarding first aid provision. Appalling!! Additionally, whenever he was questioned about the content, or about his demeanour, he rolled his eyes after answering while the questioner had their head down writing notes. Disgraceful! He smirked & murmured smug sarcastic comments under his breath in response to very valid observations from some of the participants in the group and when he was challenged about his gender biased/sexist comments he then appeared to have a problem when referring to the injured person (as he described a first aid scenario). Saying sarcastically: “I don’t know now… should I say he or she”…This was a completely misplaced & irrelevant comment and again said in a sardonic manner. He could’ve simply used the terms “casualty” or the “patient”, when referring to an injured party; that is what a professional trainer would’ve done.
Towards the end of the training his energy level had plummeted and he became increasingly annoyed when asked questions about the exam or any other question which challenged his opinion. Clearly very emotionally immature and needs to be counselled about these issues regarding professional teaching. Yalcin ought to seriously consider his behavioural choices if he continues to teach in this field and focus on being Professional, Sincere, Genuine and Respectful to all the participants as well as to this very important topic of First Aid.

My two daughters just had a amazing experience with Cathy in her studio. My girls are very dedicated ballerinas and the images she produced are nothing short of inspirational, the kids absolutely loved the photo shoot and talked about it for days after. The photos are so artistic and far from the typical indoor studio bland photos, they also just captured their very different personalities. Simply amazing
We had a family portrait take with our beloved dog who at the time was 14 years old. Cathy was an absolute gem and getting our 2 little kids and Diesel to co operate. The photos are absolutely amazing and total priceless, Diesel has since passed but these memories hang on our wall and remind us of him every day. Cant recommend this lady enough. We are forever grateful.

In the nicest possible way, I honestly didn't expect to find someone so amazing in Nowra, and had been talking to photographers in Sydney.
Cindy understood exactly what I wanted from the jump, and sounded genuinely excited about the work even at our first conversation. I felt really comfortable from the first call.
As well as straight business photography, I also needed photos of myself and my 2yo niece together, so Cindy warmly welcomed the two of us and my sister into the studio and created such a fun collaborative space for all of us. (And then put up with the whole tribe back again for the photograph selection process.)
Cindy's insight and understanding of the brief was professional, but so gentle and helpful. She also 100% flipped the script on what I wanted (sneaky) and created something far more amazing than I had envisioned, to compliment the ideas that I had (which she also produced).
Given that one of the photographs needed to be printed in Brisbane, Cindy also went out of her way to find us a supplier who would do the images justice, and advised us what to look for. This is someone who genuinely wants her pictures to be physically created in the optimal display, with suitable papers and professional. Really an indicator of a brilliant operator.
An honestly fun, easy experience that I would highly recommend to any client - professional or personal. Can't thank you enough, Cindy x

My job involves shift work so I have always found it difficult to get into an exercise routine that I can actually stick to. Box it Out has been so good for me because there are classes on almost every week night and even one on Saturday mornings. I am able to attend the classes around my work and staying with the routine is easy because I’m excited when I can go to the classes. I was looking for somewhere in Ballina with some members who train the powerlifts and strongman HARD! So far I've been to every gym but despite seeing tons of guys in rugby and league team uniforms I've seen barely anyone squatting on deadlifting more than bodyweight. My partner met Sarah one of the PT's at cross fit and Sarah competes in strongwoman so we Knew she trained hard.
Everyone we met during our visit were absolutely lovely, the Head Coach took the time to come and chat.
I highly recommend crossfit Ballina to anyone Interested In learning the Olympic Lifts and who prefers to workout in a group with a coach.
I cannot do the Olympic lifts due to cerebral palsy and i am more of a headphones and go into myself kind of lifter, but I love to look around and SEE people around me training hard.
All round a great setup with great people.
