Such a great free camp ground. Plenty of friendly wild life, so many wombats! Good river to canoe or kayak. Couldn't catch any fish ????. Unlimited fresh drinking water. Plenty of bins and toilets. Caravan dump point. Surrounded by mountains. Highly recommended visit.

Adrian did a great job getting us kitted out and briefed. We were a mixed group in age and experience and he kept an eye on us . His boards/paddles are perfect for the inlet. Highly recommend a half day of SUP at Narrawallee with CPS!

Everytime we visit Huskisson we always stop at the RSL for drinks or a feed to support the local community. Unfortunately on Sunday morning 9th February we were blatantly accused of stealing our own umbrella as we were leaving the premises by the lady at the front desk. When explaining that it was our own umbrella and to check the cameras, she rudely replied that she already checked and we were breaking the law by stealing. This experience has left a very sour taste in our mouth. We don't discourage patronage as the remainder of the staff offer exceptional hospitality and food and we won't allow this nasty experience hinder our years of visitation, it would have been nice if the lady at the front desk was humble in her wrongful accusation as we understand that everyone makes mistakes.

My son has been doing piano with KeyboardKidz for the past few years and we love it. It's so convenient having the lessons at school. Being able to do performances is a fantastic part of the program and something you don't get with a private teacher. My son's teacher is so patient and encouraging and she is a musical genius. Malcolm is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommend!

All 3 of my children have learned to play the piano at KeyboardKidz Piano School. Their program is excellent, especially the 'Create & Play' aspect of the the lessons where the children from the very beginning are encouraged to make their own music!

Nice family park, only a few steps from the beach. Beach is sheltered by an island and there is a nice pool plus kiddies pool. Cabins are fairly standard, clean and comfortable. One slight drawback is that there's no shop on site, but plenty less than 10 minutes away.

We have been coming to icicles for almost 20 year's apart from updating the lodge at times, nothing changes. Always meet FANTASTIC people, one of the BEST holiday's you can have with a family. Particularly small children. It has an excellent family environment. Our , now Adult children say that the holidays at icicles were some of the best times they had as kids.

This place is fantastic!! Places were clean and all friendly, only gripe, was that the other people staying lot the fire and because of the wind went straight through the safari tent we were in and others were smoking and talking obnoxiously loud til 3 am. Otherwise it was a great place, food in the area although friendly was suboptimal

Great spot! 2 minutes walk from eateries, 1 minute from the water, very scenic and pelicans galore. Units very clean and comfy - may try the glamping option next time the "tents" look terrific! Staff really friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

The servings for the Chicken Schnitzel mains were huge. Literally twice as thick as any other pub I have been to. The pork belly was amazing and was presented in a style I would expect from a more "high end" restaurant. The staff were fantastic, and came and offered my children free scoops of ice cream free of charge, despite us having not bought a kids meal. I will literally drive a half hour down the highway from Jervis Bay when on holidays there just for the food. Same price as any other pub feed, best I have gotten for my money along the coast in a good 10 years. Oh, and they do awesome pizzas.

Had a lovely dinner at Bowls Club. It was a busy Saturday night with a good vibe. Food was delicious and wine reasonably priced. Going again tonight for dinner during our only 2 day stay in area.

What a great find. Lovely club surrounded by trees and friendly staff, but the bistro is a real delight. We enjoyed fresh flounder as well as a surf and turf that simply puts other eateries to shame. Best meal we've had for a long time. We've been telling all our friends.

Have stayed at Elk for a number of years now for a weekend during the ski season. Rooms are great and Unit 2 has just had a complete renovation and looks great. The pick up service in their own oversnow transport is a great benefit. Easy ski in ski out location. Breakfasts are good generous serves at good pricing. The only letdown is the restaurant at dinner which is overpriced and food average. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Elk was great. We had lunch here twice during our 2-night snow trip and the food was consistently delicious. They had $22.50 daily specials which were great value for money, and the staff was very lovely. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back the next time I'm at Falls Creek.

Booked for one night and asked if possible to extend to two nights if we liked the park once there. When we arrived we found we had been allocated a site within the permanent resident area of the park which is well away from the pool and jumping pillow etc...which our kids love. The area we where in felt more like a trailer park than a holiday park...Many of us reading prefer to avoid the permanent resident areas of parks and for reasons I fully understand, my wife and I wished to be amongst the other fellow travellers and caravaners also on holidays. When I asked the manager if we could move to another area of the park, he was very short and grumpy with me. He did find us another site but told us we couldn’t stay another night and had to be out by 10am as other people where coming in the next day to that site. Well, fair enough we thought and we were ok to only stay the single night. In the morning I had a walk around and saw a whole section of the park and at least a total of 35+ vacant sites throughout the whole park. Now, I’ve spent many many nights in caravan parks throughout Australia over the years in some very popular holiday parks and have never experienced 35+ caravans/groups arriving in a single day....So I think these managers did not want to place us on a vacant area of the park even though there was room. It was clear the park was not full at all, and would not be the for the next night either. I understand this park is council owned and I feel my experience perhaps gives an indication of the attitude of the managers running the park at this time. To add, I’ve never seen a park with so many signs and rules listed too, signs listing prohibited activities or rules are everywhere. Even my 8 and 12 year old boys noticed this. We would have been happy to spend another but we felt we would be better off moving after only one night and certainly won’t be returning in the future.

Beautiful location. Good price for the area. Would recommend to anyone with families and couples. The fur babies love the walks along the beach and lake.
