I am astounded after reading the last review because it's so absolutely different to anything I've experienced at John Watts Sewing. I've been a customer there ever since I moved to Ipswich around 14 years ago. I have always received excellent professional and friendly service from both Vanessa and Doug. They are both well respected in the industry for their honesty, knowledge and skills. Together they are a great team and provide exceptional friendly service in machine sales and repairs with fantastic classes (sewing, knitting, crocheting and other crafts). In addition to sewing machines, lights and furniture they have a beautiful range of yarns, threads, various sewing supplies and even Vigorella clothing. They are always willing to help. I recommend John Watts Sewing 100%.

I put my kids in allys kindy when I returned to work after a divorce and just having a bub. Ally' s kindy are a truly remarkable child care. They not only have fantastic indoor programs but also have an outdoor space to let kids be kids from bike tracks, playgrounds and sandpits they have everything. Allys kindy not only have been remarkable with my 2 boys but also with me. They came into my life when I was at my lowest and rebuilt my confidence as a mum and a person. I cannot rate these guys high enough. The staff are amazing from the teachers to the director and office staff they are all fantastic!

Loved the vibe as soon as I walked in, greeted very well. Friendly staff and great atmosphere to be in. Clean fields and plenty of refreshments, I will be definitely coming back for another game.

Most if not all the trainers that have worked there for years some since it opened have left within a few months of each other. I also call to make a inquiry about my membership and the manger hung the phone on me. My suggestion to anyone who uses this gym watch your bank statements, my girlfriend joined and was charged overdraft fees everytime a payment was made and in one week was charged$60 in apparent overdraft fees even though she had plenty of money in her account, when she questioned the gym about it all they said was they will look into it and get back to her asap and put her account on hold for 8 weeks, during that time not one single person got back to her and then after the 8 weeks they started taking more money out and charging overdraft fees, when she finally called them to cancel about a week ago they told her that her gym account? Was somehow $30 behind and needed to pay up before the membership was cancelled, and then again after the membership was cancelled today she was just charged more overdraft fees from a membership she doesn't have anymore She has tried contacting the gym and they fail to return any phone calls when she leaves messages and has no regard for any issues to do with this situation very poor form from everyone we have been in communication with at the gym We expect them to see this and attempt to rectify this issue before we start looking into fraudulent payments coming out of her account

My son progressed really fast with his skills. He went from sinking straight away once he was in the water to a confident swimmer who could give me a run for my money. He achieved this in less then 6 months

This place is very close and convenient to reach but trading hours are terrible. You's need to be more flexible with trading hours, should have it form early morning to may be till 9 pm for learning and free laps. Short trading hours with no learning lessons on weekends if not helpful at all. Sorry, - Missed our business!

We had our wedding reception at Brookwater. Thank you to Kelly and her team! Kelly was so efficient with her communication, being flexible with any changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding and adding on an extra supplier meal literally the day before the wedding! Kelly thank you for making our wedding so perfect and amazing! We have had so much positive feedback from the guests and how much they loved Brookwater! Thank you again!
