if you like to go see old toys covered in dust in glass display that is your place.. There should be more focus on a story about the display. Tidy up, upgrade a bit the amenities if there is any! Had i known better i would not have visited...

Amazing toy collection. The kids loved it specially the Barbie doll collection. Friendly staff. Would have appreciated if the toy trains worked without feeding extra $1 and $2 to make then move.

Nice camp ground very close to the Scenic World entrance (10 min walk). It's not too big so come in early to grab a powered site. Nice camp kitchen, modern and very clean facilities. Good laundry machines.

Great if you like horse riding. Staff are excellent to talk to. They cater from beginners to experienced riders. Never motorbiked before but have friends that do both and they say its great.

The horse riding is so much fun. Even if you don’t like horse riding there are so much more things to do, like bushwalking, motor bikes, swimming and much more! I guarantee that you and your family will love it there.

Fantastic little getaway only 2 hours out from Sydney. Horseriding, cabins, motorbikes and lots of bush for the kids to explore. I believe they offer timeshare if you want to make it a regular getaway. Run by lovely and friendly people. Highly recommended.

This feels like a 5 star hotel than a 4 star especially with the fantastic concierge service. We received complimentary fruits and cheese platter on arrival and a duck soft toy for the little one. There are sooo many activities for kids and adult in the resort itself that we were never bored despite the wet weather. My 18months old loves the massive aquarium, the ponies, ducks swimming in the pond, and the kids club. Buffet breakfast is great, especially like the self-juice section. We will definitely be back soon.

I recently spent a couple days at the Fairmont, using their conference spaces to deliver some training. I also stayed a couple nights and the whole experience was wonderful :) When i arrived for day 1 of training I was greeted with an offer of hot water and lemon - why you ask? The team remembered that this is what I had last time I was here (thank you Elena!). I checked the room set up and the AV team had gone above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed - there was even a phone charger which I've never been given before - talk about thinking ahead! It was also super easy for me to make contact with the team for anything i needed in the morning or throughout the day (mobile number on hand), which gave me comfort that that I was in good hands. Finally the food for our conference was an adventure in itself, a taste-sensation! There was always plenty to eat and a great selection of dishes for us to try. Big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this all together - your efforts were super appreciated :) PS the location is absolutely STUNNING! Another world out here and definitely worth considering!

Wow this hotel defiantly has it all. Such an amazing place with so much to do. Everything was spot on here. Such a warm welcome from Adam and the other man at the concierge which made such a great first impression here. We had dinner at the embers restaurant on site and the food was amazing and the great hospitality received here from Sandeep and other staff. The facilities at this resort are endless with nice extra touches like dressing gowns, slippers, room service and stocked mini bar fridge. Rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Buffet breakfast is really good with lots of options. Excellent facilities, views, dining, rooms and service. Nothing to fault here and we look forward to returning in future.

A great music festival that I've been attending for about 14 years. Fantastic music, good food, wonderful atmosphere and mostly within the grounds of Katoomba Public School so everything is easily accessible. And it's not too crowded like some other festivals! 5 stars

As a first time visitor to this event, I was pleased to find that the organisers of the venues, food and general facilities were able to cope with very wet weather over two days. Would love to attend again in good weather! The line-up of acts was interesting and varied.

The coolest people to talk to about canyoneering with. They were knowledgeable, fun and obviously had a strong passion for the outdoors. They really care about your safety and want you to have fun. I rented gear from them to go on the Twisted canyon/ Rocky creek canyon excursion and they made it very easy for us. Highly recommend them for rental/hire since they have great quality equipment for a reasonable price.

Our guide was super competent and relaxed. I'd done some climbing before and he was more than happy to explain what he was doing to set up the equipment and how it all worked. I can highly recommend the Boar's Head abseil for anyone wanting a bit of a challenge!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Australia. We did the Serendipity Canyon abseiling in early October. While the water was a bit cool that time of year it was a welcomed refresher after our hike into the canyon. Our guide, Hugh, was knowledgeable and a great guide. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in a private climbing/abseiling day. We got exactly the right kind of climbs for our level, a good amount of hints when needed (and silence when there was thinking/progress being made without a need for extra instructions). Phoning clients beforehand to talk about level&goals is great, as you get to discuss that beforehand, instead of having a huge hassle on the morning.
