I’ve been training at the Mechanicsburg location a little over a year now. Alaina and her team are amazing! I always feel challenged, yet supported in my workouts and they always help me prepare for whatever I have going on whether it’s a OCR race or just keeping up my strength until I sign up for something else. The trainers always take a genuine interest in your well being and want to see you succeed. If you aren’t sure about lifting or personal training, bootcamp classes are a great way to dip your toe in and get acquainted.

First time here for the their pumpkinfest 2019. Makes me happy to see how well all of the furbabies are taken care of taken care of (yes to me they are all furbabies no matter what type of animal). Wonderful place. The volunteers are awesome and so is Janine.

These people do amazing things to help these animals! Always call. Dont just show up. They take care of many wild animals with all kinds of problems. All from donations and their own hard work. Thank you guys for all you do.

So this just happened at about 1:35, not sure if it was Swatara police or Harrisburg police nabbing this guy, but considering how loud the crash was two or 3 cars behind me, it had to be a high speed chase. After the evading vehicle crashed and came to a stop, the driving suspect tried to flee on foot and was quickly apprehended without any shots being fired. He may have been tazed, but not entirely sure. Another passenger was kinda dragged out but the way the guy looked it probably wasn't the cops fault, the guy was trying to kind of dead-weight himself. Just want to give Swatara Twp and Harrisburg police a shout out for a pursuit and apprehension well done. Great situational awareness in that they knew he was well within tazing range and was running away from them and not towards them. Don't really know why they were being chased or fleeing like that but it looks like the cops got their guy!

When a B.B. gun was pointed at my son on school grounds an swatara officer was very passive aggressive as it was only “speculation” now that it was proven to be correct and not a “speculation” anymore I feel my child is owed an apology. If a 9 year old can’t trust a police officer then who can the trust. As if it wasn’t bad enough my same child was assualted by a daycare employee a few years ago and because her “co teacher” didn’t want to snitch you guys didn’t charge the women and my son never received justice! I was cussed out by swatara cops at at work accident and I could go on and on! If you do not want to protect and serve then get a different job! Unbelievable....

My daughter attended the The Circle School for 10 years. She developed skills in her teens such as leadership, public speaking and management that most people don't don't work on until much later. She is now getting straight A's in college and at work was promoted to manager even though she is the youngest employee there. Best of all, she has a zest for learning and for life. Best thing I ever did for my her.
