My daughters have been riding here for a few months now. My youngest (7) loves horses but was very nervous to ride. She spent the first month of riding crying every time she rode. She never wanted to give up and always kept coming back to the stables. Once my daughter was paired up with Ms. Kay as her instructor her fear of riding began to fade. Ms. Kay was a huge confidence builder in her ability to ride and feel safe on the horses. She pushed through her fear and is now able to ride independent and even trotting on the horses. We love it here and highly recommend.

We love Moccasin Stables! Their summer camp teaches more than just riding, it includes all aspects of horsemanship. My granddaughter has experienced grooming, feeding, and cleaning out the stalls. She has learned about tack and different types of horses, markings, etc. They enjoy weekly grooming contests, and water play.
I like the way Kathy teaches, she focuses on safety and developing good habits. She uses relatable analogies so students understand from the horse’s point of view.
I highly recommend Moccasin Stables for riding and boarding horses!! ????❤️
